Thank God last week was over. I thought I'd be dead, but hey! I'm still alive. On the other hand, Bernie Mac isn't. Remember his show? Where he was kind of mean to his nephews and nieces.

I was supposed to sit my ass down and study the whole day. Woke up late. Watched Olympics. Like, seriously. It's so unfair that when the Olympics end, my exams are start. Anyway, I was watching the women's cycling road race and it lasted for like, 3 freaking hours! But anyway, it was on HD, so I was just looking at the scenery. And man, they were inches from one another. I mean, if somebody were to fall, the whole group would crash.

I don't understand boxing. Apparently, there's this white area on your gloves and you're supposed to make it touch the person's helmet. How the hell do the judges see it? And fencing is also weird.

Anyway, just realised that the latest episode of Project Runway was already uploaded on Youtube. Seriously, this season's crop sucks eggs! I'm sick of more than half of them! They actually eliminated the Katy Perry doppelganger, who was kind of my favourite just because she looked like Katy Perry. And then they had this faux-bitchy move about this guy who was mad at another guy because he rethreaded the machine he was about to use. Yawn. Hakim thinks that Suede is an ass for speaking in third-person. Like, you're 39! Even when he's appearing in the background not speaking, I just feel like punching him. I think it's the hair. Furthermore, I still don't have a favourite. And apparently, East African refugees are the in thing for reality shows.

And what bugged me the most was they had to design for the Olympics Opening Ceremony where the athletes march on the track. And half of them seem to be designing for skinny people. Like, hello?! There are athletes who are humungous who weightlift and stuff. People like Amelie Mauresmo will look fugly in an off-shoulder top!

Speaking of the Olympics, why is a China person carrying our flag?

No school for me today! Yay!

18 more days to exams. Bring it! I'm ready! Ok it's because I actually have only 3 papers. Heeheehee, unlike the Biotech peeps who have 5. I know, right? But then again, there's still a HTech test during the study week. I am totally going to sit my ass down and study until the end of the papers. Yay!

Anyway, watched this new show on Star World called The Moment Of Truth. It is the most stupidest game show ever. I mean, all you have to do is just answer 21 questions truthfully, but the huge catch is that they were actually asked beforehand more than 21 questions, and only 21 questions are chosen to be asked on the stage. So it's so obvious that the producers would chose a question he lied about to be asked on stage, which means that he's obviously not gonna win the grand prize.

And really, they're asked really personal questions about their lives. It's practically public prostitution of dignity. So it's kind of like, a game show for people who are not smarter than a 5th grader.

Haha I was reading Perez and apparently, two random not-so-famous people got into a fight at some random airport. Apparently, it's Nikki Blonsky, the fatty from Hairspray and Bianca from ANTM 9. I know... RANDOM!!! Like, the only similarity they have is that they were from a movie/show that prominently features men in drag (John Travolta and Tyrone respectively). The funny thing is that that Nikki girl and her father got arrested or something for beating Bianca up or something. Heeheehee. Whatever. I don't really like either of them.

Anyway, just finished watching the MILF Island episode of 30 Rock. Ok, firstly, they freaking censored 'MILF', so the storyline was compromised because of that!

Requiem For A Dream

I dreamt that a certain schoolmate of mine died. Whatever. I don't like her anyway.

Anyway, totally fucked up my speech. I exceeded by 2 long minutes! And I wasn't even done lah. Thank goodness I could do it again next week. But I have to wear formal again! Urgh!

My phone is seriously acting up on me. It knows that I'm gonna change phones on Thursday. Yay!!! Anyway, it couldn't even survive past noon lah. And I always charge it every single freaking day!

Watched latest episode of 30 Rock. Just give Tina Fey the Emmy. OH MY GOD I LOVED her storyline. It was about how Jack advised Liz to invest in real estate and so Liz meets like, this board of real estate people who are selling this penthouse and she's so-called "interviewed". And the funny thing is that it's like as if Liz and The Board are dating. So the next day Liz asks Jenna whether she should call The Board to ask if her application is approved. And Jenna tells her to wait. So that night Liz comes home and finds an ad for the apartment, so she kind of leaves many messages to The Board's answering machine. It's effing hillarious!!! It's like a montage of her getting drunk and telling The Board that she's doing fine. Then she sings You Oughta Know. And then at 12.01, she's lying on the bathroom floor saying, "I just ate a couple of pills and the ambulance is on its way!" Heeheehee.

And the funniest part was when like, a couple of days later she's walking down the street and she sees The Board (consisting of every single member) with the person who bought the apartment. Hahaha!!!

Rant

I hate the new buses! It's those new buses that look really cool from the outside, but when you get inside, it's disgusting. So much worse than those 53/airport buses, and you actually have to climb up a few steps to get to the back. Who the fuck made this bus? Like, seriously, did they give free pizza or something when they were testing the focus group? And really, no offense, but these buses are supposed to be "wheelchair-friendly", but come on. Have you ever seen a wheelchair-bound person taking the bus? I only saw once. Once. And that was like, years ago.

And I also hate this current season of Project Runway. I currently do not have a favourite. Which is sad. I mean, practically all of them are pretty annoying, especially Suede, who refers to himself in third-person. Then there's this oversized Oompa Loompa who is so fucking annoying with his "Licious" quotes. Urgh! Just burn yourself under the sun, please! And then there's fucking Stella. She's like what Lauren would be like in 20 years. Except that even though Lauren was all step rock and roll, she actually had talent. Stella, on the other hand, is a stupid whiny bitch. On the first episode, she said that she wanted to step out of her comfort zone because she was all rock and roll and all leather and stuff. And this week, she was like, "I wanna be myself! I don't wanna do stuff I'm not comfortable with!" Urgh! I'm sorry, but this season is really really weak. Usually during the first few weeks, you kind of know who's going far, but somehow I don't see anybody going far. And the winner of the whole challenge made a hideous outfit! WTH!!

Also I hate the I Kissed A Girl remix. It features black rappers so it's so degrading and stupid.

And. Guess. What?

This. This fucking piece of crap! Like, Miley Cyrus totally like, murdered the song. And the Youtube comments consist of 14-year-olds saying that they prefer this version of the original. Like, WTF are you deaf or something? This girl seems to be like, screaming. Is it me, or does she always sound like she has chewing gum in her mouth? It's so annoying! And the thing that bugs me is that a 15-year-old is singing about this. Umm... No wonder the media thinks you're a slut, you idiot!

And really, stop acting like Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction! I'm not in any of your tutorial classes, you asswipe! Last year I thought you were a douchebag, this year I thought you were OK, but now you're creeping me out. Seriously.

On the other hand, I only have 3 subjects for the exams!!! Yay!!!!

Anyway, I missed my first lesson this year!!! Darn it! Ok actually I did not intend to skip, because it was a tutorial quiz. And I thought that it started at 10, so I was like, confident bangun siang then get ready at my own pace. And then I get a call at 9.05 wondering where I am, and I'm like, "It's at 10, doofus." And then I realized that I was oh so wrong. And the funny thing was that at 8.30 somebody asked me the location and I actually checked the timetable. The timeslot is there.

So in the end I had two choices.
1) Rush off and take a cab (because the quiz actually starts later than 9). Cost: About $9
2) Get MC at polyclinic, more time for preparation of quiz. Cost: $6.40

Man, the doctor was a huge bitch. She didn't even show any sympathy whatsoever. I mean, maybe she knew, but you know, at least pretend you care. Why do they give doctorates to people who don't give a crap? What happened to the Hippocratic Oath? If I were given a doctorate, I would totally tag along with Angelina Jolie or something and we will save the world.

And then I had to go to school. I know, right? Because I had to hand in my lab report.

Ok I'm off to do my projects. Urgh! It's a good thing I have no school tomorrow! Yay!

Anyway, watched The Dark Knight. It's actually really good, especially Heath Ledger. Did you know that he actually stayed in a hotel room in isolation for a month to prepare for the role?

And I kind of hate the fact that like, when Batman is fighting with his bare hands against like, 6 people (with guns), the people didn't try to shoot him, but they actually attempt to fight him physically. Ummm... Guns kill people, kay?

I've realized that Ugly Betty isn't nominated for Best Comedy! Nooooo!!!! And Heroes isn't nominated for Best Drama. Yay! It was a crappy season.

Anyway, did you know that the season premiere of Project Runway has been shown in the US? Watched it on Youtube, and for some reason, I kind of hate most of them. They're either too desperate or too untalented. OH MY GOD I totally hate the over-tanned guy who keeps on saying "Girlicious" as his catchphrase. Firstly, that's like, so step Christian. Secondly, Girlicious? Sorry, but it's already been taken.... And also, his design was fugly as hell. But the worst was the Asian guy. His design consisted of like those plastic yellow raincoats you had when you were little, except that it's white in colour. And she wore yellow rubber gloves!!! She really did look like the fisherman person from I Know What You Did Last Summer.

When will this week end? So many assignments, deadlines, project meetings. I wish I was back in like, primary school. Years 3-6 were so fun and carefree. Children are so innocent. Adults are just a big mess of problems that just keep on piling.

Anyway, today is also paiseh day for me. I went to the toilet during tutorial and when I was walking back to the class at the corridor, I didn't see anybody in front, so I actually skipped. And then when I opened the door to my class, I looked behind and there was this guy behind me and he saw every bit of it!!!!

6 hour break just now. Not once did I bother to study. Seriously somebody should slap me.

Watched Atonement. Loved the movie. Why did it not win Best Picture? And why was Juno's director nominated for Best Director but not Atonement? And why is Keira Knightley so skinny, and kind of a bad actress. And the whole thing I loved was the score. Especially the ticking sound, where it starts with one tick, then two, then three. Ok whatever lah.

And then watched Children Of Men. It's a movie set in 2027 (when I'm 37) and the world is in turmoil. And all women are infertile. I mean, like this could happen!!! Totally loved the cinematography! It's like, you know those Virtual Fighter arcade games where the camera turns and people are approaching you in every direction and the camera is continuous while they're actually driving away from the motorcycles and people running towards you? Yeah. Especially the scene where Julianne Moore got shot. Ok back to the movie, there's this pregnant woman who needed to be escorted out of Britain to a sanctuary so that she can give birth, but then stuff happens. Makes you think about contraceptives and stuff. And how currently people are actually trying avoid making babies but then in the future, we can't have babies anymore, so we were kind of taking things for granted. Ok RANDOM!!!

Oh my God I saw this woman in the bus who looked like she smeared a tubful of makeup on her face. I mean, she's not ugly, but she had such heavy electric blue eyeshadow and like, the intense red lipstick and she looked like she didn't wear any foundation. I mean, if you have a fetish for clown transvestites, you'd probably be turned on.

Anyway, watched this movie yesterday called Maria Full Of Grace. Go watch it!! It's about this teenager, Maria, from Colombia who is desperate for money because she's pregnant and her sister is a lazy pig so Maria has to pay for her sister's son's medication and stuff. So in the end somebody offers her to be a drug mule to travel to New York for big money so she agrees. OMG it's so sad that this thing happens to teenage girls, because they actually have to swallow 60 or more of those balloons filled with drugs. And they're huge! Like silkworm cocoons. And the scary thing is that if one of the balloons break in the stomach, you're dead.

So Maria takes the offer and doesn't tell her family. In the plane she felt sick so she goes to the toilet and poops out 2 of the balloons. She was told that she has to transport all the balloons or her family gets it, so she cleans the balloons with toothpaste and actually re-swallows it! Anyway, at the customs in New York, she got held up and was interrogated. So in the end, the customs wanted to do an X-ray on her to make sure that she's not a mule. But then they found out that she's pregnant, so they let her off.

Ok why am I ranting? But anyway, in summary, the movie was so sad! But on the contrary, the actress plying Maria is sooooo pretty!!!!! Like, even prettier than Salma Hayek. Her name is Catalina Sandino Moreno and the funny thing is that I actually Image Googled her and she looks way better in the movie without make-up than on the red carpets with make-up.

Yesterday's episode of 30 Rock confirmed that I absolutely LOVE 30 Rock!!!! OH MY GOD yesterday's episode was so fucking hilarious!!!!

Firstly, Liz's storyline was soooo funny!!! Heeheeeheee! Like, she thought that her Arab neighbours were terrorists because they had maps in their apartment, and she saw them doing obstacle courses and stuff. So she called the cops in and they were arrested. So then Liz finds a tape that reads 'You work in the media, give this to the right hands.' And so she thinks that it's a terrorist tape but then when she plays it it's actually an audition tape for The Amazing Race! HAHAHAHA!!!! Like, they were doing the obstacle course to prepare for the detours and roadblocks. HAHAHA!!!! And one of the guy's name is Hakim!

What I love about 30 Rock is the funny little things you could find. They showed the news channel and in the marquee headlines thingy, you could see "Anne Heche leaves husband for pony". HAHAHAHHAHAHA OH MY GOD!!!! I was laughing for 5 minutes straight!!!!

This is actually the intended pilot episode of Desperate Housewives. Mary Alice, Rex and John the gardener were intended to be different actors. Thank God! Man, Mary Alice sucked, Rex sucked, and John sucked. It's like, this Mary Alice doesn't sound like she's high. She just sounds normal.

Anyway, I had a really weird dream last night. You know, usually in dreams, you are yourself, but apparently I became this 6-year-old girl who was hired by the mafia to do those dirty jobs. Kind of like that kid from Sweeney Todd. And then after I had done all those jobs, I went to the headquarters and all of a sudden there was an ambush and the mafia boss suddenly shot me to stop me from revealing all the secrets and stuff. And the weird thing is that in my dreams, when somebody shoots me or I get hurt or something, I don't feel it but when that mafia boss shot me, it hurt! Ok that was totally random. I remember one time I dreamt that Sabrina the Teenage Witch shot me and it didn't hurt.

I cannot believe it!!! I actually realized that I missed the premiere episode of 30 Rock, the one with Seinfeld in it!!! NOOOOO!!!! Oh well, I'll just have to wait for the repeats.

Anyway, the latest episode of 30 Rock is SOOOOO FUNNY!!!!!!! OH MY GOD it's hillarious!!! I love it!!! It was about Tracy, the black guy being out of control. So his wife, Angie (played by Sherri Shepherd) asked Liz to keep an eye on him.

30 Rock is super funny! OMG it's like The Office's twin brother, except with sound effects and background music. What I love about these shows is that when you tape it and you watch it again, you tend to catch small things that make it more funnier.

Like, there's the star of the sketch show called Jenna, the blonde. And at the start of the season, she gained a lot of weight, and she told Liz (Tina Fey) that she was on this diet called The Japanese Pornstar Diet. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! OH MY GOD it's probably the funniest thing I've ever heard!!! Hahaha!!!! Next time somebody says that they're on a diet, ask them if they're on The Japanese Pornstar Diet. HAHAHA!!! So anyway, the diet involves eating paper, but they can eat as much paper as they want. HAHAHAHA!!!!

And so Jack (Alec Baldwin) tells her to go see Dr Spaceman (pronounced Spa-chur-muhn) who really is like, a recurring character. Anyway, the doctor asks Jenna if she's heard of the meth diet. HAHAHAHA!!!! And he has a brochure to go along!! HAHAHAHA!!! But then Jenna tells him that teeth retention is important to her. So Dr Spaceman recommends her to go to some weird diet or something. I forgot. And then he showed her all the ex-clients on the wall who went on the diet. OH MY GOD!!!! Ashlee Simpson, the Unabomber, Kenny Rogers and that alien from that 80s sitcom who looks like an anteater. Alfie or something like that. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

I especially love Liz! She's so funny, and is like, easily paiseh-ed.

What if they actually gave me, like $20 or something?" And so I checked and I got $100+!!! OMG I'm so happy lah! I mean, it's been such a long time since I worked and now I'm getting the money that I deserve!!! I'm so happy!!!! Yah, but I'm still saving it! I was totally depressed a few days ago because I had to fork out $100+.

PS: And I heard that the CSC is crumbling!!! The lunatics are taking over the asylum!!! Ok actually, no! It's just that the lunatics had already taken over in the first place, and the sane patients are sane enough to quit. Hehehe!!! I'm secretly happy, but feel bad for some people. But honestly, when I got my pay, I kind of missed going to work. And then I think about how everybody is quitting and how queue calls are through the roof (Pizza Hut had 160+!!!) and how they're gonna force me to do menial tasks (except for picking up food for training).

I have battled both procrastination and distraction!

But still it's so panas nak mampos lah!

So anyway, I seriously don't know about all this tunang and nikah stuff. All this while I thought nikah meant engagement. But actually nikah was the actual wedding ceremony, while tunang was the engagement. AAaaah!! OMG OMG OMG!!! My brother might get married soon. I mean, he hasn't tunang yet lah, but by the looks of it, they're going to be soon. YAY! And my brother's girlfriend is actually really cool. Not a minah at all lah! My parents actually like her and notice that my brother's a lot more responsible now. I can't wait for them to get married and have babies so I can be an uncle!!!! There I said it!!! I want to play with babies but I don't want to have the responsibility. But there's this whole thingy because she's only 2 years older than my brother. I mean, how old-fashioned can people get lah!

Anyway, after all the pouring of my excitement (which I normally don't do here), I now freaking hate Bree lah! I mean, the latest episode of Desperate Housewives involved Edie finding out about Danielle's baby and she blackmailed Bree, so she came clean with the other housewives and Lynette mentioned that Bree's like the greatest mother ever for protecting Danielle. Umm... No!! She was just trying to protect her butt from utter humiliation! What an ass! And she was more of an ass because, you see, Bree and Orson are temporarily separated and Orson wanted to see Benjamin (the baby) but then Bree didn't let him because the baby doesn't have an ounce of Orson's blood! I mean, WHAT A FREAKING BITCH! Orson had helped her with all the covering up faux pregnancy and this is how Bree repays him.

And THE OFFICE FINALE!!!! OMG OMG OMG!!!! Jim was supposed to propose to Pam during the party!!!! And he actually took out the ring box and was about to talk to Pam but then stupid Andy just had to interrupt the whole thing and propose to Angela!!!! And Angela's response was, "OK". Singaporeans are so fucked siah! I was outside the polyclinic just now when there was this toddler (maybe the age of 2) just playing with the staircase outside the building. It was weird because there was nobody around that was even caring about the welfare of this kid. And so I asked the kid where his mommy was and he didn't respond. Good kid! Don't talk to strangers! Ok whatever. So I was like, kind of scared because I thought that some lady abandoned her child or something. I asked a couple of strangers if that kid is theirs and they totally just looked at me nonchalantly and just walked away! What caring citizens! I actually was about to call the police until I saw this lady just approach the kid and glared at me and just went off with the kid. Urgh! I hate it when people think I'm a bad person just because I kind of look like a murderer.

Anyway, watched this movie called 21 Grams yesterday. It's actually very Babel-like in a sense that it shows how one incident can lead to many different things and how people are inter-connected to one another. Kind of like 6 degrees of separation. And it's actually directed by the same person. I have to say, 21 Grams is 10,000 times better than Babel! There's three main characters: Naomi Watts, Sean Penn and Benicio del Toro. OMG Naomi Watts was so amazing!!!! Actually her whole family died in an accident and she's really depressed. I totally loved the scene when she told Sean Penn that she wanted to kill the guy who had caused the accident, and Sean Penn told her to 'take it easy', and Naomi Watts said, "Take it easy? I'm fucking paralyzed!"

And really, what I love about Naomi Watts is that she looks so different in different movies. Like, she looks so different in The Painted Veil.

I mean, they totally meant it when they said that 4 Minutes was the best track. And I honestly think that 4 Minutes is just noise. Her second single sounds so boring!

Mariah Carey's new album seriously effing rocks! I mean, honestly I think that Emancipation Of Mimi was better, but E=MC2 is still great! My favourite tracks are Bye Bye, I Stay In Love and Migrate. And Bye Bye is like the We Belong Together version of the album. You never get tired of the song!

I Am Free

No more work! Yay! I seriously cannot tahan work and school. It's like, I have so many assignments to finish up. Anyway, there's this crazy guy at work. He is seriously bipolar! I mean, he's calm one minute and the next minute he freaks out when he talks to the customers! He's fucking crazy!!! He looks like those people you don't wanna be alone with at a secluded bus stop. And unfortunately, that person is me. He takes the same bus with me and he clings on to me like those koala bear toys on those rear view mirrors. It's like, on Labour Day people were kind of mengejek him and he was fine. Yesterday (my last day) I was secluded in this corner with him and another guy. I was sitting next to him and I think he wasn't on his meds that day and he seriously shouted and scolded the customers! I was like... OK....

He scolded this person calling from NTU just because he didn't know the address. I mean, that place is huge and I don't blame the person. I was kind of observing the conversation and he mentioned that it's like, Hall blah blah, Block blah blah. And he said it's Nanyang Circle or Nanyang Drive. He doesn't remember. And then crazy guy went even crazier and shouted, "WALAU! YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR ADDRESS!!" And then he went on this crazy monologue about how people should know their addresses and finally he said that he'll call him back. He hung up the phone, stood up (which resulted to his chair falling backwards) and like, showed the middle finger to the screen and cursed. I just pretended I was busy. He's a fucking psycho! Only me and the other guy witnessed this crazy act! And then he put the chair back up and just sat down and drank his 1.5L bottle of mineral water diabolically. And while he was drinking his phone was ringing. And he totally ignored the phone call. I think the voices in his head were shouting at him or something. After some time me and the other guy moved away from crazy guy. And guess what? He followed me and just plopped himself next to me. Urgghhhh!!!!

Then after work I had to go buy Macs, and he is seriously one stalker! He wanted to follow me. But then he said, "Boss, I have to go! See you later!" Firstly, I'm not your fucking boss! And if I were, I would've fired your crazy ass! Secondly, I'm never gonna see you later, you creep!

Yay! No more taking calls! I'd better focus on my studies.

And lastly, why do people like to show the middle finger to the screen at stupid customers? It's like, they can't see you, and the screen has a reflection, so you're shoving the finger to you. I dunno, I have actually mastered the art of rolling my eyes while still maintaining my voice. And people actually find my insults funny. I called this customer a stupid fuckwad and this girl thought I'm the funniest person ever.

I Died A Hundred Times

I seriously thought that this week would be an amazing week. I was wrong.

Tuesday: Had school from 9 to 6. Then had to rush to work. Worked until 11. Picked up KFC order for training and got to eat KFC.

Wednesday: Wasn't supposed to have any lessons, but I had to attend a lecture I had not gone to earlier this week. I have never skipped a lecture. Yay! Well, actually lecture finished at 11 but met up with a few people and went to TM. Was supposed to work from 5-11, so I was thinking that I'd just go straight from there, but then realised that I had worn slippers, so had to rush back home, wear shoes, rush to work. Found out that I had to freaking work on Labour Day from 11am-11pm. Seriously, they didn't even consult me or anything! Today was supposed to have training and they're supposed to have Pizza Hut, so I was totally looking forward eating the pizza. Then Abang Jas asked me, "Nak ambik Pizza Hut order?" and I was on the line so I just nodded my head. Then when I got off the line, I went to Abang Jas and he was like, "Ok, come with me and sit with all the Pizza Hut people." And I'm like, WTF!!!!

Pizza Hut now has this new One System where it's so freaking confusing! Like, why would they want to change something that's already fine in the first place?! And the worst part was the fact that Pizza Hut practically has over 50 queue calls for like, a period of 2 hours. And KFC has none! Maybe less than 10 lah, at any time. I was so pissed off lah I didn't really bother with the orders. Apparently, there wasn't any training. So I was so paisehed lah.

Thursday: Hell day! Had to do Pizza Hut most of the time. Queue Calls was hovering over 100. One time it was 130 lah! And the Pizza Hut Enquiry had like, 13 people waiting, and the first in line was waiting for half an hour. Yes. 30 freaking minutes! And the stupid fact is that KFC didn't even have Queue Calls. Like, ZILCH!! And it's freaking Labour Day siah! And I seriously wasted my energy bringing my book to work. I was so stressed out lah! I mean, now I know why some of the supervisors and managers are all crazy.

OMG Mariah Carey's now married to Nick Cannon. It's so weird. I mean, isn't he the guy from All That?

Urgh! So many things! So little time! It's a good thing I'm actually quitting. I'd be dead if I continued working.
