Boxing Day

Have totally become sick of the usual "My _______" posts. Usually because I have already used it before, and was thinking of using catchy and punny titles, like the previous one.

In other news, I've just finished reading Adrian Mole and the Weapons Of Mass Destruction. Yay for me for reading a book other than Harry Potter! I borrowed another book by the same author of Adrian Mole called Number Ten but somehow I find it so bloody boring. I need a humorous book to read. I'm trying to see if Teri Hatcher's autobiography "Burnt Toast" is available on loan. Last time I checked they're all borrowed.

I have totally changed my phone cover. It is now all black and it has a very nice and smooth velvet feel, like as if I painted it using poster paint. It's so nice to stroke it. And the keypad is really nice, because it's like, black. It looks like a brand new phone. Honestly, I bought it for $8 at the pasar malam across Tampines MRT station.

Listening to Crybaby by Mariah Carey feat. Snoop Dogg
When I think of our untimely end
And everything we could have been
I cry
Baby I cry
Late at night
Like a little child
Wondering around alone
In my new friend's home
On my tippy toes
So that he won't know
I still cry baby
Over you and me

I am totally in love with the new Jojo song How To Touch A Girl. No, it's not a song concerning paedophility. It's just so weird that she's younger than me (by 2 months). Honestly, I'm jealous that she's a famous pop star.

Oh and I heard that Beyonce was nominated for Best Actress for Golden Globes for her role in Dreamgirls. Ahhh!!! I seriously wonder if her acting's great. I thought she did OK in the Pink Panther and I thought she did horribly in Goldmember.

Aarggh!!!! When?!!!

Gotta go, gotta watch The Office, my fantasy workplace when I grow up.

Case Of My Mum's Ex

Yesterday, I decided to follow my mum to a wedding. The only reason was because I was craving for nasi bryani. It has been a long time since I ate that.

Anyway, it was my mother's old kampung folks' son's wedding so I didn't know everybody. My cousin is only Sec 1 and he keeps trying to stand really close to me for some absurd reason. Once I swore he was trying to sniff my hair. And he kept bugging me about what I wanna do in the future and stuff.

Had to sit in between him and this old lady. Thank goodness she was making conversations with me. She asked me how was I related to the bride and groom. I told her that my mother was in the same kampung as the bride's parents. Then she asked me which kampung I live in. Then, I saw Farzira, who's the ex-neighbours of my mother's kampung folks.

Ya, then the controversial bit. When we were about to leave, my mother and my uncles + aunties were walking around meeting their childhood friends who have all grown old. It's really weird to picture everybody when they were kids. After greeting them and we were walking away, my mother said, "Oh, that man was my ex-boyfriend." She totally dropped the bomb on me!

I JUST SAW THE MAN THAT COULD HAVE BEEN MY FATHER IF MY MOTHER HADN'T BROKEN UP WITH HIM!!!! OMG!!!!!!

I kept quite throughout the whole day, trying to imagine what would happen if my real dad isn't my dad and that man was my dad. I mean, I would have totally different relatives, a different grandmother, a different dad, a different lifestyle, maybe I might have not gone to Temasek, maybe I might have become a rebel and run away from home. Ahhh!!! Thank goodness the man did what he did to piss off my mother so that they broke up forever!!

My Horlicks Ice-Cream

Went to band concert last night. There was like, a Christmas collaboration featuring Christmas songs. I was disappointed because I was expecting them to sing "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey (lyrics by her too) but they didn't.

Anyway, ate Horlicks ice-cream before the concert because Sarah bought it and it was tasty. It tasted like, Horlicks.

Back to my old computer. Everything is gone!!! All my files are gone.

Anyway, I tried watching Grey's Anatomy. It's an OK show, I guess. Well, the episode was about the main character's (Meredith) one night stand with a guy. Then, the guy came to the hospital because his penis couldn't stop erecting and they had to use a syringe and suck out the blood. Ew. Ya, and there were two doctors who were talking about their sex lives while in the middle of an operation. It's very illogical. It's like, Desperate Housewives meets E.R.

My Foolishness

I have been manipulated!

Argghhh!!!

I now feel like a character in those situational comedies.

My Sucky Service

I had the most outrageous service last night at Long Johns! There were 3 people in front of me in the queue and I had to wait for half and hour to get my bloody food! Seriously, the people there are so slacky and they're not in panic mode. If Long Johns were to implement a "wait-1-minute-and-we'll-give-you-free-cheese-dip" rule, they'll be bankrupt! And the girls there act like waitresses at Hooters. They stick their butts out when they're ordering through the slit to the kitchen and they act very bimboly.

In other news, went to the National Library on Friday because this interview place was beside it. I finally got Adrian Mole: The Wilderness Years. It's when he's 24-years-old. Yay! It's so hillarious!

Ok, I'm thinking of making a class blog. There's no common communication field among me and all my classmates. Toodles.

My Late Night Clean-Up

Cleaned up my room for real! I spent one whole night cleaning my room. Seriously, I had like, 4 garbage bags full of notes and worksheets. Now my whole room is just... empty. Ya, and it was kind of emotional for me because I was throwing away the things I usually do not throw (like worksheets and guidebooks). I kept the textbook to sell it. Great. It's one whole box full of them. I'm still not finished with cleaning the stuff in my wardrobe.

Anyway, my mother dragged me to IKEA right after I woke up on Saturday, and it was not so huge as I thought it would be. VivoCity is bigger. It was crazy trying to steer the trolley because it was so fucking crowded, and everybody either had a little toddler or an elderly person with them. My mother just left me behind while she was having the time of her life. Anyway, it's really hilarious to see pictures of Swedish designers on the walls of every single room. Furthermore, there were too little workers! They should seriously employ me!

Once I start working, I plan to buy albums and have a collection of them. Yay!

My Conversion

Wow! I finally converted to this thing called Blogger Beta. Sounds Greek to me. It's really different, like a new and improved Blogger.

Anyways, I have not been blogging much, have I? Well, came back from Johor with a warning from the customs because we actually bought too many movies. Thank goodness Singapore's customs are not strict at all. Anyway, the shopping there was sucky at first in the morning because we had to go to this ugly shopping mall to buy all the movies and my dad's software thingies. And you know what! All the DVDs were hidden inside this hidden storeroom and you had to be accompanied by the store owner. Then when you wanted to leave, you have to tell the person and he'll accompany you back to the outside of the store. It's kind of like, the Mafia. Well, not many interesting new releases.

After that, went to a more modern shopping centre called City Square. All the Chinese girls there dress like Harajuku girls. Seriously, is there like, a Harajuku religion there? But everyone dresses in style there (including the mats). Makes you think that Singaporeans dress really crappily (including me). Ya, you know how I wanted to demand like a little spoilt brat? I got what I want. In fact, my parents were like, encouraging me to buy more clothes. My dad was like, "Wow! This is nice. Let's buy it!" Ya, and I saw Shaikha at one of the shops! I was like, OMG! You know, it's even more coincidental when you meet somebody in another country.

Ahh!! The ANTM finale hasn't been uploaded! I'm so tempted to go see the forums to see who wins! Hurry up and upload and end all this animosity!!!!

My New Ex-Job

This morning, I received a call from the mafia. This bubbly soft-spoken secretary was speaking to me. What a great way to represent the mafia, woman. Anyway, she called to say that I got the job and that I had to go to the cafe on Thursday to Saturday for a course and I didn't completely intepret what she was speaking whether she said formal or informal attire. That's probably one of the main reasons why I'm not going. If I go with the wrong attire, they might use their revolver or something and bury me alive and send me an evil half twin to replace me in my life. The other was that I was brainwashed by my mother who said that it's all commision crap and they're just manipulating innocent youngsters who DESPERATELY seek money to at least pay for their lunch. Anyway, my elder brother worked for this company after his Os and worked in the marketing sector and had to actually lend people money so that they can buy his products. How stupid can one get? I would never part ways with Yusof Ishak.

Anyways... I told my mother and she went beserk and PMSed all over me. I mean, I didn't tell her that I didn't want to go in the first place but then she reminded me to not get a job and get into first 3 months. NEVER, I say! I hope I don't get in first 3 months. I wanna work so that I could at least buy something. My mother is so mean, she wanted to pay me $150 for this month if I just help around in the house. When I told her that it would be $5 per hour, she said that a maid gets paid $150 monthly and they also have to cook. What the?! So, I'm like a maid? She's so condescending. She said that I need to learn the value of money by earning money. Ya, I would be learning that if I were to get a JOB! I've been doing housework for 16 years and the only pay I get from my mother is the gift of life. She never pays me for being a good son!!!! I never smoke, I never drink, I never take drugs, I'm not loose! I'm going to Johor on Wednesday, and I am going to be a big baby when I get there and demand what I want.

Ok, let's talk about ANTM. If you do not wish to be spoiled on the latest season of ANTM 7, then do not continue further.

Anyway, the final three are...

Melrose
Eugena
CariDee

Yep. Ok, so I'm gonna talk to myself from now on.

Melrose
Well, she really can model. But everybody seems to hate her. She seems over desperate over winning. She's kind of like Jade, but she actually can really model. She looks old as hell! She doesn't strike me very well. Anyway, out of the final three, I hope she doesn't win this. Everybody would hate Tyra. But the thing is that Tyra doesn't know that she's such a butt-kissing boot-licker.

CariDee
Ahhhh!! What happened to you, CariDee?! The show's trying to murder you! The show's trying to make us hate you! And Tyra and Nigel are joining forces to break you! Ok... Anyway, she seriously looks like Cindy from Jimmy Neutron slash the actress who played Mystique in X-Men who I can't spell, whats-her-name Rebecca Romjin or whatever. Anyway, love you CariDee! Hope you win. Never has there been a blonde winner! I still love you!

Eugena>Is it morally right to love somebody you initially hate? Eugena is the girl! She looks kind of like Mary J. Blige. Woots! Anyway, I totally hated her in the beginning of the season because she was siding Monique during her insanity. So, now that she's gone, Eugena is kind of cool in dissing everybody. If CariDee doesn't win, it's alright if she wins. Go, Eugena!

SEASON FINALE ON WEDNESDAY!!! CAN'T WAIT!!!

My Early Rise

It's 8 and I'm awake! Believe it or not.

Anyway, saw Saw 3 yesterday. Ahh! I seriously wonder how the Jigsaw guy and his apprentice do all the traps and kidnap people. Heard there was a Saw 4. Seriously, when is the guy going to die?!

My Unfaithfulness

OMG I'm not blogging as usual. I think I'm losing my blogging touch. I mean, I am so so lazy to blog.

WIND IT UP!
Anyway, I'm madly in love with the song!!!! OMG I don't know when I was in love with a song before. Maybe the previous song I was in love with was Promiscuous. Before that was We Belong Together. Ya. So, I'm in love with the song. LOVE IT!

Also love The Office! Makes you wanna work at Dunder Mifflin.

Anyways, I'm going to Johor this week! Yay! My mother's forcing me not to go for other job interviews but the irony is that she's not giving me any pocket money. I'm gonna be bloody poor! It was like, some sort of sick cruel twist to some sort of reality show. Like The Amazing Race where they take away the people's money and force them to beg.

WIND IT UP!

Thank goodness I watched 40-Year-Old Virgin yesterday morning when everyone was out, because it's really really... not suitable for me. Didn't get some of the jokes.

My Interview With The Mafia

Great, now I am addicted to Sims 2. I played it like, the whole of this morning and totally forgot to bathe/pee/eat breakfast.

Anyway, went to an interview near Dhoby Ghought yesterday at this "cafe". Seriously, the place had black Mercedes cars parked outside and all the employees are Malay and they were wearing black long sleeve shirts. And everyone there smokes, including the women, so I was so scared out of my wits that they might be like, Malay mafias and they wanted to hire me as a decoy or something. I wouldn't be surprised if like, Triads were to drive past and just shoot them. Well, after filling in the application form, I waited to be interviewed and guess who walks in? Erni. Yep. She got the job and she still doesn't know what she's doing. Anyway, got interviewed and I actually said "dwelve". OMG. Apparently, it's an MNC in the nanotechnology industry and the company's called Healthline or something like that. $500 a week! OMG that's like, more than a boy like me should be earning! Ahhh!!! I was so excited and was happy that the interview went well and stuff and when I told my mother everything, she went nuts because she thinks that it's all a scam and the $500 a week is all under commision and blah blah blah. Then, I realised that it's too good to be true. Ya, might be. Maybe I'll ask Erni.

Didn't realise that I have 40-Year-Old Virgin. The actor's the boss from The Office (the show which I am currently totally in love with). I used to like Alias, but that's only the first episode of the fifth season. It's really complicating. Like, the main character Sidney finds out that she's pregnant and her baby daddy died and she's still going around the world as a double agent fighting bad guys while facing morning sickness and lactation and it goes on and on...

My Grad Nite

OMG I totally forgot to mention about Grad Nite. Ok, since my posts are getting shorter and shorter, I'm gonna yap all night long. With details!

Anyway, got ready at 2.30 and took longer than expected. Nearly forgot to bring my ticket, I tell you. Anyway, had to take a cab to Nuriman's house because I was super late. Then, we cabbed to this bridal shop in Arab Street where Adam, Nani and Sarah got made-over. Met with them plus Andy, Izzati, Zia, Sham and Hannah. I was super broke because the ATM machine at Raffles Hospital was spoilt. Stupid ATMs. Anyway, went to this field right across the shop to do a mini-photoshoot. Kinda fun, but it was so bloody hot! And there were people looking at us, but who cares. Then it started raining and so, we had to find shelter and cab back to school.

Ok, then reached school. Ahh!! I mean, it was like, the last time we stepped into the school before getting our O Level results. Anyway, there was like, a guestbook at the foyer.

Went up and sat. Ya ya okay, I tell you everyting... So, first was the Adam's speech which ended with the You Give Me Wings song. No comments. Then, the Principal speech was surprisingly short. Then, Ms Neo's speech about the carpenter.

Then, they played the classes' Powerpoint/Video presentation. Ahh! Really made me realise that it's gonna be over. Like, I'm no longer able to use the nice blue coloured EZ Link card soon. I'm gonna have to pay more! No more recess! No more lab practicals! No more classes! Boo!

Then the 8-course meal food came. Ya, sounds fancy, right? Well, not really. First meal was like, Japanese seafood. I only ate the sushi. Soh Wei Jie was sitting at our table so he kind of ate a lot (more than me). I didn't even feel hungry, I tell you.

Ya, then they played games. I volunteered myself in one of them. I acted like Miss Swan and made a fool out of myself, which was really fun! We were supposed to guess what was inside the box and I sillily said that it was mini-marbles in potato salad. What the hell, right? Anyway, I won myself a device which Sham says is to protect girls from getting raped. It's like this thingy that when you yank off the hook from the device, it emits a loud noise. Haha, that is so cool!

Ya, then there was this lucky dip where some lucky bitch won an iPod! An IPOD!!! OMG! OMG! OMG!

Back to the food. There wasn't even any rice in any of the courses. Well, there was this rice dumpling which looked like it was soaked in soya sauce. Not for me. I think the theme of the catering was "Asian Food Even My Momma Can Cook Better". I mean, seriously. In one course, they had shitake mushrooms and broccoli. Which teenager likes broccoli?

Ya, then Adam won Best Dressed Male while there was a tie-breaker between Nani and Zizie for Best Dressed Female. The other nominee was Honghui, so she had to decide who won. Her bizarre fashion sense indicated that Zizie won! I was hoping that Nani would like, slap Zizie and they both roll off the stage and fall on a cake or something, but that didn't happen.

Ya, then Anavil and Charlene were the Prince and Princess of Temasek, which was a coincidence.

Ya, and then I went around the hall and the foyer like a madman for an hour while taking pictures of people + me. Kind of sad that they're all irreplaceable. Ok, since I don't really have the pics, just imagine me and the people here in a picture:
- Adam, Andy, Nani, Izzati, Zia, Sarah, Shamsydar, Nuriman, Hannah, Aisyah Manab, Hidayah, Farah, Ryan, Ruiqi, Felicia, Shirley, Shijie, Fel+Shirley+Shijie posing like Charlie's Angels, Mervyn, Anavil, Charlene, Suhaila, Nafisah, Farzirah, Shaun, Abhishek, Yu Ren, Sam Tang, Sam Lee, Jacob and a couple more...

Ya, then, I took pictures of the 4R guestbook because I didn't have time to read it because Mr Cuthbert was shooing us out of the building because it was already late.

Was broke, so had to take the bus home.

Anyway, just watched the latest episode of ANTM 7. Ok, here's a sneak peek of what happened. CariDee made a casual comment to Nigel Barker during the photoshoot and Nigel was offended. I can't reveal the results, so all I have to say is that it was such a casual remark, I tell you. I hate you and your crappy talk show, Tyra. Stop trying to act like Oprah. Puh-lease.

My Irretrievable Pictures

Yep. Even the Sim Lim people couldn't do anything about it. I'm trying to deal with this loss.

I'm suddenly in love with Buttons. Yesterday I watched the AMAs and the PCDs were performing and when they wanted to dance on the chairs, the girl on the extreme left accidentally dropped her chair and then, she had to like, do stripper-dance moves. Hahaha!

Grooving to ILLEGAL by Shakira
You don't even know the meaning of the words "I'm sorry"
Said you would love me till you die
As far as I know you're still alive
I'm starting to believe
It should be illegal to deceive a woman's heart

Oh and indeed yesterday was an unlucky day for me. I thought that bus 81 passes through this bus stop and I waited for about an hour for 81 but then, I decided to check the sign and found out that 81 doesn't pass through the bus stop.

Gotta blast!

My Lost Photos

Grad nite was super crazy slash fun!

But before that, MY IMAGES ARE GONE! Like, G-O-N-E! OMG I'm like super depressed! I'm going to Loyang Point to try to recover the photos. I like, took pictures with a lot of people and it's so sad that all of them are gone. Please, somebody help me! I've never been this sad. :(

Ok, here's what I did last night. I put the memory card inside the USB cable then opened the file. Then, you know the file is shown in thumbnails so like, half the images weren't uploaded through the thumbnails. Then, I decided to close the file then after that the screen only showed the background image and later when I wanted to get in the file, the computer tells me to insert a disk, meaning that the memory card is undetectable. OMG OMG OMG!!!

The pain reflected in this entry isn't even half of what I'm feeling inside.

I took more than 100 pictures siak!

My Brief JC Briefing

JC Briefing was so so quick.

So, me and my gang (too lazy to list names) went to Vivocity and walked around. I think I might be going to my uncle's house today to get the grad nite thingy-majigy.

Currently listening to Tell Me by Diddy feat. Christina Aguilera
The only part which I love is the part where Christina Aguilera sings.

I've been watching ANTM 7 on YouTube and OMG I have never loved a contestant like this before! I LOVE CARIDEE!!! Her name's spelt as CariDee, which is totally cool. I mean, I should call myself HaKim or HakimBo or something like that. Woots for CariDee! I hope she wins the competition seh. Currently it's the final 5 and all of them suck except for CariDee. I hope Melrose doesn't win. She sucks. Oh and Tyra hates CariDee for some reason. Go smear your eyes with Vaseline, Tyra!

My Jetsetting

I just came back and I am so bloody tired I could just lie on the floor and sleep.

Well, I was a real glutton at Bintan. Just enjoying the period when my metabolism is fast. Ya.

Swam like crazy. I was practically the only non-Caucasian on Friday at the swimming pool lah. But I'm used to it.

Ok, so my dad works at the resort and stuff and so he already has his own hotel room, so he booked a room for only me while my mother stayed in his room. So, it was awesome yet scary, yet awesome. Ya, I slept with the lights on.

I'm gonna be busy for this week only, then I will get myself a job! Yay!

My Os Are Done

Such a weird feeling, let me tell you. It's like, so weird that I don't have to study any more secondary school stuff. It's like as if I'm missing a part of me. But who cares, right?

Yay! Kind of went crazy after the last paper.

This week is gonna be a very busy week.

I'm off to Bintan tomorrow. I very lazy to blog lah.

My Slothiness

I'm making words like Jade. Anyway, for the first time in my life, I am so lazy to bathe. It's already noon and I'm finding it difficult to bathe. I wanna eat cereal but we're out of milk, so I can't go out without bathing first. I dunno, I just look really different and horrible when I wake up.

Ya.

Lazy to update. Zzz.

Oh great. It's raining. No milk. No cereal. Well, it's nearly lunchtime.

Need to study like crazy this afternoon. I need to advance compensate for ANTM tonight. Yay!

My Brother's Ghost Stories

Double post!

Forgot to mention what my brother told me about Tekong's ghosts! AHHHHH!!

Anyway, my brother said that there are occasions where the cadets trek around the jungle and sometimes one NS man is missing. Ya, that's not really scary right? Well, then he said that sometimes, there's one extra cadet when they return to camp. Freaky, right?

That's not all, peeps! This is even scarier! There's been stories around the whole of the Tekong camp that at night, you're supposed to sleep, right? (Duh!) Well, sometimes if you can't sleep, there would be a ghost that says, "Mak! Mak! Dia belum lagi tidur!" (translation: Mommy, mommy, he hasn't slept yet!). Then the child ghost will go to you to see if you're really asleep!!!! OMG then my brother said that you have to shut your eyes completely. If you open your eyes again, he will run to you!!!! OMG!!!! And that's only the child! Imagine what the mother might do! OMG OMG OMG!!!!

I can bet you that when you were reading the story about the child, you were thinking of the boy Toshio in Ju-On, right? I was. Another random thing.

My Camo-Phone

Random thing: Don't you just hate it when you drop something on a carpet (especially those with many many patterns) and then you try your hardest to find it everywhere then after 5 minutes of thinking that you'll lose that item forever, you find it right in front of you and you think, "I thought I looked over there twice!" That's one of life's mysteries.

Ya, so just now I dropped my phone on the carpet and searched for it like a dog. On Friday, I put my transparent set square on the same carpet and when I tried to pick it up, I couldn't find it and it took me a very long time to find it. It's like, a magic carpet or something. So I got sick of playing hide-and-seek and called my phone. Ya.

Didn't study on Saturday. Just laid on the sofa like a slab of meat and watched TV.

Then I did A Maths today, while so many people were jalan-rayaing (I study at the void deck).

With You by Jessica Simpson is stuck in my head! Woot!

I could let my hair down
I could say anything crazy
I know you'll catch me right before I hit the ground
Nothing but a tee shirt on
Never felt so beautiful
Baby as I do now
Now that I'm with you

My Brother's Stalker

I treated yesterday is if I finished O Levels. Ok, I know have to study during the weekends, for the last time.

Yesterday, somebody smsed my brother to "kenal-kenal" (meaning to get to know each other) and she said that she got my brother's number from his brother (meaning me) and she's 16, so ya. Then, I tried calling the number on my phone but it was unidentified. That's really weird.

OMG last night there was this chee-ko-pek! You know the yellow backpack backside peeker? This guy is another one. He's Indian and also has a backpack. The bus was quite full so the man was standing in front of two scantily-clad girls who were sitting and I was like, looking at his eyes the whole time. OMG it was so freaky! He wasn't focusing on one thing, he was like, looking all over the girl. OMG it was like as if he was mentally raping her. Then, the guy looked around to see other people, then when he saw me, I gave him the "OMG-you-sicko" look plus the eyebrow-raise. OMG!

Call Me When You're Sober.

Currently listening to All I Have by Jennifer Lopez feat. LL Cool J.

My Life As A Teenage Robot

Yup. A robot.

New video! And it's called Fergalicious! OMG it's video is so nice and the song rocks! It makes London Bridge suck eggs.

Mi matematik finito already. Yay!

OMG currently my mother is watching the music video for the Welcome To The Black Parade! I'm utterly speechless.

Izzati said that my voice improved! OMG! I feel so flattered! I'm gonna sound like Mariah Carey in a few years if I continue singing in the bathroom.

This video is really really nice! It makes you think.

My Halfway Point

E Maths
English
Social Studies
Elective Geography
Biology

What do these subjects have in common?
...

I DON'T HAVE TO OPEN THOSE FUCKING TEXTBOOKS WITH THOSE TITLES ON THEM!!!!! HAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Ok, sorry for the rudeness of my behaviour. Well, I think that all those subjects have been relatively OK. Like, somehow I sped up on my writing. I made a tiny mistake for my English essay and misread "Is it wise for Singapore to set aside some of its land for nature reserves?" as "Is it wise for Singapore to set aside some more of its land for nature reserves?" Get the jiff? Other than that, I thought my essay was quite OK. I hope the British examiners are senile.
Anyways, have you ever had like, this song stuck in your mind? I dunno, but I seem to have a different song everyday. Ok, for Monday, All For You by Janet Jackson was in my head. On Wednesday, Rock Wit U by Ashanti was in my head. And on Thursday (today), Family Affair by Mary J. Blige was stuck inside my head. Speaking of which,

Things I wanna do after my Os:-
- Clean up my room which is filled with notes and books and TYSes and FYSes
- Watch and try to undergo the decipheration of the complexities of Alias
- Watch 24 (one season, one day)
- Go to Vivocity
- Get a job (hopefully something to do with music. Or Mariah Carey)
- Find out the lyrics of Family Affair
- Get myself an iPod Nano with the money I saved from working (hopefully as Mariah Carey's assistant)
- Find out why Britney divorced K-Fed (yes, peeps, they're breaking up)
- ...more to come

Edit:
Ok, I just found out the lyrics of Family Affair. Oh, the efficiency of the internet... Sing with me!

Let's get it crunk upon
Have fun upon in this dancery
We got ya'll open, now ya floatin'
So you gots to dance for me
Din't need no hateration, holleration
In this dancery
Let's get it perculatin' while you're waiting
So just dance for me

Wow! I didn't know that!

My Butterfly Incident

Omg I just saw a dead butterfly on the road. I took a picture of it because it's so huge. I was so scared that the butterfly might just come alive and fly to me and suck my blood.

Some really funny thing happened today. If you didn't know this, I usually study at the void decks. So, from Sunday, there have been foreign workers working next to the carpark. So, I didn't bother looking at what they're working on. So today, I decided to see what they're building and apparently, they were putting up a sign that said that they were gonna renovate the carpark building. OMG I tell you.

I recommend you watch the Christina Aguilera's video "Hurt". It's like, the best video ever! (next to Heartbreaker). And it's so so sad. But nice.

I can't believe I know who the winner is! OMG!

Did I do something foolish?

My Jalan Raya

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!! I've been SPOILED! Like, REALLY REALLY SPOILED! OK, so I woke up and lazed around in front of the TV for a bit. And I was watching TRL on MTV and you know what? They actually showed the post-party of the PROJECT RUNWAY FINALE AND THEY SHOWED THE WINNER AND THE FINAL 3!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW WHO WON!!! OMG OMG OMG! URGH I JUST HATE BEING SPOILED!

Ok, yesterday went jalan raya-ing with Hidayah, Nani, Izzati, Adam, Sarah, Zia, Hannah, Nazurah and Nuriman. We ate at practically every single house I tell you. Anyway, went to Sarah's house first for breakfast. Her parents weren't at home, but we behaved. I think.

Then had to walk a thousand miles to Izzati's house. Watched Sesame Street there.

Then went to Adam's house.

Took a cab to Nuriman's house because he had to host at his open house. Watched a bit Scary Movie 4 there. It gets a bit boring when you watch it again for the fourth time.

Then, just followed the HML people to Cikgu Sahriana's house. Everyone was like, playing with her son, Hady Ryan. Ya, kind of cool. Ya, then went to Hannah's house and Aisya and Nasruddin joined us. The journey there was scary because I nearly bumped into the metal poles at the busstop which hold the bus numbers. You know. Ya, her parents weren't at home so we watched Danny Phantom.

Then went to Nani's house. Ya, awkard situation while on the way there. Hmm... Haha anyway, ate dinner while watching Nuriman's favourite soap opera, Princess Hours or something like that. It's like, Sex And The City (Seoul). Anyway, watched Nazurah's idol Miss Swan on YouTube. Played with the swing.

Went to Zia's house. Ate dragonfruit.

Then, had to walk to my house, which was quite far but the girls complained because they were wearing heels. Then, there was a surprise for me! Haha, ya, they brought a cake to my house. Blow candles. Cut cake. Take photo. Haha, THANKS A LOT, PEOPLE FOR THE CAKE!

Then, went to Nazurah's house and we like, watched Project Runway there. The pretty, innocent girl got kicked out over Elton John, so now I hate Heidi Klum. Bitch. She just wants to be the hottest woman in the room. Only me and Hid watched till the end.

Was surprised at the amount of money I made today. Wow! I practically went through a lot of emotions today.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT SEH!!!! PROJECT RUNWAY!!! URGH! WHY?! WHY?! Ok, actually they warned me and was talking about Project Runway and I knew that they were gonna reveal the winner or something, but then my heart told me to look away but my eyes told me to look at the TV, so I just followed my eyes' orders. Stupid eyes.

My Super Sweet 16

Finally! I'm 16 years and 2 days old.

Chemistry Pracs are over! I made a huge mistake by stating 2 anions instead of stating 1 anion and stating which test it's in. Oh, you'll Sec 4s will get it.

I'm currently doing something cool! I'm listening to music played 2 times faster! It's so funny, really! If you listen to Try Again by Aaliyah, you'll hear this weird freaky growling sound, like as if it's a sign that she's gonna die or something. Everything is like a remix! Now I know how they remix songs! Currently listening to We Belong Together. Yay! Mariah Carey is gonna release an album next year, babeh!

I'm currently addicted to songs by Jessica Simpson. Yes. Jessica Simpson. The song With You is stuck inside my head. But you know what song is annoying yet stuck inside my head?

The Tata Young song, Elle Ne-Yo or something like that!
You got my temperature rising like Elle Ne-Yo!

My Post-Hari-Raya Report

Stupid title, really. Only went out on the first day. Somehow I wasn't really excited about getting money. Really weird. Nothing spectacular happened on Hari Raya. Nothing to talk about, oh except for the fact that me and my cousins all raided my other cousin's room because he has practically every movie on DVD and it was like, some illegal den. I wanted to borrow Kill Bill, but couldn't find it. Great. I have to wait 2 years and 2 days.

Anyway, PHYSICS PRACTICAL! The questions were so bloody confusing, I tell you. I had to read the paper for 5 minutes.

I feel like going to the National Library.

Watch this: Tyra Banks gives away Vaseline and does a Tom Cruise.

Look closely and you'll realise that she has a teleprompter!!! Hahaha! And it's so contradicting that Tyra is like, "I'm gonna share my beauty secret!" and I'm like, "Yeah, sure! I'll avoid everything that you doing, because you looking like you on crack!"

My Crazy Dreams - Dream A Little Dream, Day 28, 29

Yes! Tomorrow is the last day, baby!

Anyway, I had the most weirdest dream, EVER! Ok, so I dreamt that I was in some sort of circus slash casino. You know, like there were slot machines and then there were elephants and whatnot. Then, I woke up in the middle of the night and it was raining and I couldn't sleep, so I decided to go to 7-Eleven, in the rain, without and umbrella. Then, I woke up and realised that I dreamt that I dreamt! No, seriously! That's so freaky.

Ok, gotta clean up the house.

My Untimeliness - Biology Practicals, Day 24, 25, 26, 27

Well, many many events occured since I last blogged. Firstly, the O Levels Bio Practicals are over! Ya, no more Benedict's solution. Anyway, we had onions and had to dip them in different solutions. Everybody had different results. Had to be quarantined in the AVT for 4 bloody hours! It was so horrible I tell you. Thank goodness there were people in the AVT that knew how to have a good time (i.e. play football on paper).

4 more days to Hari Raya. Wow!

Anyway, this week has been like poly. Seriously, you could either choose to go for extra lessons and ask the teacher or you could stay at home and study. I only went for the Geog lessons. Yesterday, I thought that Geog started at 10.45 but then to my horror, it started at 9.45 and I had to take a cab and waste $6. In the end Ms Neo was late. Then today I was late (again!). Seriously, I have horrible time management skills. Thank goodness Ms Neo was late again.

I have learnt to be thick-skinned. Oh and random stuff - a mosquito inspector from NEA came to my house. I was scared that he might be a fraudster and checked his ID card. Then, he went in to look in the balcony to check out the plants. Then, he went to the kitchen and checked to see if the bamboo pole holders were covered (they were). Then he gave a thumbs up. I was so cautious during the whole time I made sure that I knew how to grab his arms around his back or shove him to the ground and scream really loudly. In the end, he really was authentic.

My Crazy-People Encounters - Day 22, 23

Got to sleep in today, in other words - YAY! Anyway, had an hour-long shower which consisted of loud music and screams!

My goodness the haze today was really bad, it was like as if they were having this permananet fumigation or whatever the word is. Seriously, it's worse than the ozone hole! Seriously, Indonesia should be more aware of other countries' feelings. Just look at Marco. I think he's xenophobic or something. How stupid? A foreigner who's xenophobic.

Today went to NTUC with Adam, Nani, Izzati, Sham and Nuriman to buy vegetables for Bio drawing. But at the interchange, we saw the yellow-backpack Chee Ko Pek! Yes, he shall now be called the Yellow Backpack Backside-Peeker. Well, we saw him about a week ago and he noticed that we were noticing that he was noticing girls' cleavage and I actually waved at him at the interchange (last week). I think I mentioned him before in my blog, warning innocent girls. Cover up, girls! You're not promiscuous!

Ok, I'm digressing. Anyway, we saw the Yellow Backpack Backside-Peeker and Izzati suggested that we stalked him. Now this was a funny situation, because we couldn't even stalk like professionals. We made a huge ruckus out of it and Ruiqi appeared out of nowhere and followed us. I think her birthday present is the special powers of instant teleportation. So the Yellow Backpack Backside-Peeker kept on turning around and looking at us, so he obviously knew that we were following him. We were a disgrace to stalkers everywhere. Then, he disappeared without a trace. I hope somebody teaches him a lesson and rapes him or something.

Anyway, back to NTUC. We were about to pay the cashier and so, here's the situation; the cashier has already scanned everything and put them inside a plastic bag. I still had not paid him yet. Here's a dialogue to make it more dramatic:-
Adam: Umm... can we have 3 plastic bags?
Cashier: Sorry, I can only give you one.
Adam: Oh, is that a rule? [non-sarcastically]
Cashier: No [WTF right?]
[at this point, the cashier was scanning the next customer's items]
Me: Uh, excuse me, I still haven't pay you know... [getting a bit pissed]
Cashier: I can only give you one plastic bag.
[After waving my notes and raising my voice a little, he took 2 minutes to undo the mistake. Gave him my notes. Arranged my notes neatly so that they would be aligned perfectly. Might as well iron them so they can become crease-free crisp notes, right? Opened the register. Placed the notes neatly. Hari Raya came. Took two lifetimes to tear the receipt]
Nuriman: Thank you very much. [grinning at the thought of him being oh so sarcastic, but in fact it sounded so wrong that it sounded like as if he really was sincere. Seriously, he should learn from a pro like me]

My Caffeine Crave - Day 19, 20, 21

Firstly, I would like to give myself a slap in the face. Seriously, I got 19 for my L1R5! Can you believe it! It was all contributed to English and Combined Humans. I got C5 for English and B4 for Humans. I am totally shocked that I did horribly for my English. I thought that I was moderately OK for my English, you know 11 people got C for English while the rest got better grades. How demoralising! Urgh! If I got B3 for EL and A2 for CH, my L1R5 would drop to 15, maybe 14 if I had one more mark for Chem. Stupid society. If only I had a great voice, maybe I could like, do a duet with Mariah Carey and the song would be a hit!

Anyway, I wish puasa started one month earlier. I keep on craving for coffee in the mornings. Oh my god my salivating at just the thought of yummy coffee! Mmmm...

SUBJECTS THAT JUST NEED A LITTLE MAINTENANCE
E Maths
My only A1. Just need to do a couple of challenging TYS questions.

Biology
My only A2. Yay! A2 for Bio you know. Just need to memorise the basic answers to the usual questions that would usually come up.

SUBJECTS THAT NEED POLISHING
Chemistry
B4. Talked to Mrs Tay on Thursday to clarify my doubts. Did those numerous Chemistry Past-Year Papers. Need to know everything on Organic Chem!

Physics
B3. What the hell, right? I don't understand all the Sec 4 topics and am forced to depend on my memory and my Chemistry is worse than my Physics? Well, first thing is that I need to understand the Sec 4 topics, but I keep on reading the textbook and guidebooks and my notes and I still do not understand!

SUBJECTS THAT NEED MAJOR IMPROVEMENT
English
C5 man! I feel so embarrassed and humiliated. Ok, talked to Mdm Wan on Thursday. I have decided to do a paper everyday (that includes Paper 1 and 2). I need at least 2 grades improvement.

Combined Humanities

B4
Geog is OK. Just need to vomit out all the facts.
SS is horrible! I write down the irrelevant! I might want to ask Ms Neo to mark my essays and point out my mistakes.

A Maths
C5 moderated. F9 unmoderated. Three letters: Tee Why Ess

Suffer for one month, enjoy the rest of the year.

Ms Woon's comment on me: It's heartening to see the improvement in Humanities, Hakim. Continue to stretch yourself more to ensure that you can get into a JC of your choice.

Comments on Ms Woon's comment: Improvement in Humanities? I need to get an A first, then I would call it improvement! And I might consider going to a Poly and take up Biomedical Engineering or something like that, since I'm quite OK in Bio. JC makes you shorten your lifespan by 20 years.

Stupid Singapore education system! Can't we combine secondary school, JC and poly and make it into High School and spend 6 years there?

Don't worry. Just like Mariah Carey, I can make it through the rain!

My Hazy Week - Day 15, 16, 17, 18

Haven't been blogging much. Now my computer won't switch on, so I'm using my dad's comp. It feels so weird to type on the keyboard.

Anyway, this week has been hazy I tell you! I am so surprised that the MOE didn't close the schools or something. Apparently, the government makes sure that we get our proper education, even though we're having respiratory problems and we keep on having to rub our eyes.

Nothing much happening. Today Ms Woon was really weird. She was cracking jokes. Oh and yesterday Ms Woon forced me to go cut my hair because my hair "irritates her".

We had this photo-taking session for Grad Night and the photographer told me to open my eyes. What the hell lah! Then, I forced my eyes open like crazy. And they only took one miserable shot! So, it could either make you or break you.

After photo-taking, me, Nani, Shirley, Felicia and Shijie played this self-mutilating game which I do not know of, so I shall decide to name it "La Tortura". Anyway, if you win, you get to smack the person's hand. The more thumbs you guess that comes up, the more you get to smack each person's hand! In the end, my hand was red and swollen and I think some of my blood capillaries snapped.

My 300th Post - Day 13, 14

Yay! Post #300! I should do something celebratory, like give away cars to all my blog readers.

Anyway, I totally love my new battery! I keep on expecting it to die today but it's still alive.

Anyway, had Squidward for about 15 minutes in the hall. The subject was A Maths but I assumed that we could do anything we want, so I did my Chem June 2005 paper and Squidward was walking up and down the 4R aisle. I sit at the extreme back and sit next to Abhishek. So, he was standing in between Abhishek and I and after standing there for 5 minutes, I turned to ask Abhishek a question on Chemistry. I'll do a dialogue to increase the intensity.

Me: Hey, Abhishek, what's the atomic number of carbon?
Squid: Eh, you doing Chemistry is it?
Me: Uhh... Ya.
Squid: This is A Maths time. So you do Chemistry during Maths and you do Maths during Chemistry ah. [says some more stuff which I forgot]. Ok ah, do whatever you want.
Me: Ok [continues doing Chemistry]
Meanwhile, Squidward walks up and down the aisle. A few minutes later, he walks towards me.
Squid: What did I just tell you? Take out your Maths now!
Me: Oh, I thought you said that I could do Chemistry.

So I just had to take out my A Maths and had to pretend that I was having fun doing A Maths because he was still staring at me! Seriously, him staring at me is so freaky! I think he has some sort of personality disorder or something, no offence. He should spice up his life or something. Like, fall in love or something. At least fall in love with the TV lah. Watch situational comedy shows, like re-runs of Friends, not re-runs of the funerals of Princess Diana and/or Steve Irwin. Or Aaliyah.

Techno music seriously makes you write faster. I was listening to Everytime We Touch while doing Bio SEQ questions, and suddenly I was like, "WRITE FASTER! WRITE FASTER!"

Anyway, I had a very quick dream last night. I took a nap and dreamt that a girl from the cohort (I shall not name names) went in front of the school hall during an exam and she announced, "I'm pregnant!" Then I woke up and the words, "I'm pregnant!" rang inside my head. That was a freaky quick dream. It lasted for about 5 minutes.

I also dreamt that I went to the Singapore Idol Finals (my dreams are so outdated) and Hady Mirza was singing "I Still Believe" by Mariah Carey instead of the Through The Fire/Wire. It was really weird.

My Hall Blowout - Day 12

Quite a long post, as compared to my previous posts.

Well, today was quite a pleasant day. Learnt that some of our subjects are gonna get moderated. Hooray for moderation! Went a little crazy and sang One Sweet Day quite loudly. I'm so surprised nobody sang along with me.

I can't believe people are still in love with the Cassie song, "Me & U". I'm getting sick of the song. I discovered the song during the June holidays for goodness sakes.

Anyway, we had Combined Humans for our focus group so went to the hall and the teachers were telling us the mistakes. It was great and I was paying attention until Ms Neo left the hall for Comb. Hum. moderation (YAY!) and the Mr Whatshisname-mapreadingguy talked about Elec. Geog. Then, 4S was making a lot of noise, especially the two people sitting next to me (Genevive and Ashwin) and they kept on talking and talking! At first I tolerated them, but then somehow their voices were so loud! I mean, they're inches away from each other and they think that they're miles away! After about 10 minutes of being forced to eavesdrop, I was so pissed off that I said, "SHHHHHH!!!!" really loudly. This girl who usually touches this guy in the same class turned around and looked at me like I was some kind of freak. And I was like, "Shut up, bitch!" Ya, lots of people turned around too. Then, after 10 minutes, the two still KEPT ON TALKING!! I was like, so pissed, I tried giving them hints by staring at them for 2 seconds and giving the "tsk" sound, but then I got so fed up that I just turned my head and stared at Ashwin until he actually looked at me! Yay, I'm becoming fierce! I love it!

Anyway, during Maths, there was this teacher (I shall not name names, I might get sued). Let's just call him Squidward. Seriously, he's so grumpy and fun-hating. Thus, the name is derived from his personality. He expects us to be absolutely silent and we can't walk around the class. Then, the funniest thing happened! The Stomp people were like, doing the Stomp act and we also clapped! Hahahaha! It was so hilarious I tell you! Then after that, Mr Yong came to the rescue. Thank goodness we have him as our Maths teacher. See, I'm not an anti-teacher after all.

Bought new phone battery! Yay! No more bloated battery! Yay! Phone doesn't need to hang when somebody calls! Yay!

I'm happy! Yay!

My Irregular Periods - Day 11

Urgh! I totally hate my sleeping and eating patterns.

Now I sleep for 5 hours a day. Doesn't really matter if it's just for one day or a couple of days, but for one whole month! Hooray. And I would be really sleepy at school, which is such a drag these couple of days. Perhaps it's because I'm fasting and there's no "looking-forward-to-recess" and "can't-decide-on-what-to-eat" feelings.

Eating is another thing! Fast from around 0530 - 1900. By the time I finish eating after break-fast, I'll feel so full, I'd feel like puking. Would still feel full at midnight. Wake up at 5 in the morning and feel a little full. Eat a little before start fasting. Then, the cycle goes on.

Can't wait for after puasa AND O Level.

Oh and!!! Somehow everybody is talking about ANTM. Lots of people watched ANTM and especially Jade. OMG Jade needs a tight slap in the face. She's such a delusional bitch that it's so funny to see her humiliate herself on national TV. Oh, Jade! We love to hate you! You make great television!

My Photoshooot II - Day 8, 9, 10

Yesterday was like The Amazing Race. I rushed all the way home, changed my clothes, and rushed all the way to the studio. All thanks to my stupidity. Hooray! Now I wasted $10 because of cab fare.

I want school to end early!

Short post.

I'm gonna top up on coffee!

Yay!

My Crazy Dreams - Drive-By, Day 6, 7

Anyway, as you may know, I have wacky dreams. Last night was no exception. You know how it's too crazy that it's a dream? But then when you're in the dream, you think that it is happening in reality? Just saying.

Anyway, I dreamt that I was walking along this ghetto avenue with... you guessed it, Sharon Stone! She was wearing the dress she wore on Basic Instinct. Just like Beyonce in the "Ring The Alarm" video. Yah... Riiight... Anyway, some car was passing by and apparently it was a rival gang. So, there was a turf war and gangsters from the car were shooting randomly. Sharon dove down. I dove down and hid behind her. Then, after a couple of shots and the car was out of sight, I was like, "Phew, thank goodness they didn't kill us!" But then I found out that Sharon died! Boo hoo! Then, I remember going to the rival gang HQ and there was this hawker centre which looked like the one in Changi Hospital. Can you believe this?

I'm in love with Ring The Alarm!

My Photoshoot - Day 4, 5

Well, yesterday was one busy day. Anyway, I have become nocturnal. No, that's quite wrong. I have become insomnic. I only sleep for a couple of hours a day. That's really bad, I tell you. So yesterday woke up and couldn't move my neck entirely. I was suffering from a bad case of salah bantal also known as a sprained neck. Cried for a moment, then forced myself to get up.

So, I decided that I'll go to the studio a little later, like fashionably late or something. Anyway, tried doing a couple of remedies like putting ice on my neck. Didn't work. Then, I tried lying down. It was a really bad idea I tell you, because it only got worse. When I stood up again, it even hurts when my head is straight.

The journey to the studio opposite Roxy Square was crazy. It seemed like I was wearing an invisible neck brace. And I had to carry my radio. Luckily, I survived the journey. Reached the studio and it was so cool! The owner of the studio was at his computer and he didn't scold us even though we made a lot of noise.

From 1 to 6, we were at the studio. Then after that took 10 to Esplanade to take more pictures. Did the 4R Teacher's Day dance in front of a live audience (consisting of 2 tourists). I think they were impressed. Ya. Took more pictures. Broke fast with Minute Maid. Then after that went to Marina Square. Ate at food court. Made a ruckus. Went to the giant steps. Did a boy/girl gangster movie. Haha! MRT to home.

Oh and when I reached Pasir Ris, I went to 7-11 to buy Super Huge Gulp. When I went to the counter with my Super Huge Gulp, there was a six-pack of Tiger Beer. The lady then asked, "This one also together ah?" And I said, "NO!". Haha. Do I look 21 to you?

And during the whole day, my pants were loose! I hope nobody saw anything inappropiate. I think somebody did. They should've told me you know. Now I know how Janet Jackson feels.

My Preliminary Post - A Maths P2, Day 3

A Maths P2
I'm not going to talk about it. It was super hard I tell you!

Anyway, after the exam we had a sexuality education class. So we went to the classroom and there was this pretty Caucasian woman working for Standard Charted Bank who volunteered to give a talk about AIDS! This I will never forget. Anyway, she looks like Princess Diana. Ya. After the talk, had a class discussion and apparently, I'm supposed to bring a broom and a mop to the studio for the photoshoot and around the island. Shit. I'm gonna look like I'm gonna sign up at the maid agency.

Day 3! 27 more days! Yay! Anyway, guess today's hunger tolerance is better than yesterday. Perhaps it's because there's no drilling.

BTW you're supposed to click on the picture on the right to watch the MVOTW (Music Video Of The Week). Yay!

Oh and Hady won! My mother was totally getting emotional and crying! I wanted to switch channels to watch The Amazing Race but then she scolded me and said, "Hakim? Can't you see that I'm crying?!" Haha, weird. She must be thinking that Hady's her long lost son or something.

My Preliminary Post - E Maths P2, Day 2

E Maths P2
E Maths was fine. My only problem was that in the beginning, I thought that I had sufficient time so I just did my work slowly, but then had to scurry during the last minutes. Yay!

2nd day of fasting and I'm already on the verge of death! Arrrgh! OMG my whole block is being renovated and they're drilling for goodness sake! I have a headache and I couldn't sleep! I couldn't revise through A Maths! I couldn't do anything! I only watched TV.

I think my headache was also contributed by the Danity Kane song, Showstopper! Yes! I am listening to it and it is stuck in my head. It's so annoying yet it's nice!

Songs that people do not know but are very nice!

1. Showstopper - Danity Kane
2. Crazy - Gnarls Barkley
3. Ring The Alarm - Beyonce
4. London Bridge - Fergie
5. Too Little Too Late - Jojo
6. Maneater - Nelly Furtado

Seriously, I can't sing these songs in public because everybody will think I'm crazy!

3 more hours! Just 3! I need to try to sleep!

My First Day - Day 1

YAY!!!! New blog! I spent the whole night last night to do this blog template. Actually, I just took this "We Belong Together" template and modified the pictures! Yay! Sorry, it's under construction.

Spread the word!

First day of fasting! I shall not curse! Instead, I'll just say "darn!". Ya.

3 more hours and I can eat!

Ooh! Singapore Idol tonight! I seriously do not know who will win. I'm not going to waste my money anymore.

My Emancipation

Yay! New blog! Actually not new, it's just the blog address that's new.

Anyway, Destroyed Soul sounds so depressing, and I'm in no mood to be depressed! I shall stay happy for as long as I live. Cover up my frown with laughter. But seriously, that was kind of embarrassing honestly.

Yay! I'm making my own blog template! Yay!

Bye, peeps! I wanna watch Powerpuff Girls.

My Preliminary Post - Physics

Physics
[moans like a psycho]
OMG this is the worst paper ever! I hate Physics! I will never ever study Physics in JC! I will never ever teach Physics, EVER! I don't understand a single thing so I have to memorise everything!! I don't have a brilliant memory, so I forgot a couple of formulae.

OMG and in addition, today was the most horriblest day in weeks. I have somehow suddenly fallen into a black hole. Ya, OK, I'm kind of emoing and my vibrant blog template is contradictory, and that is why I'm going to change my blog template! Yay! Well, it's not really a celebratory "Yay!". It's kind of like "yay".

What's the reason for this animosity?! Urgh! I seriously do not know why I'm depressed. What the fuck lah! Just let me die!

Ok, try to stay happy! :D. Anyway, this morning I just discovered something! No, I didn't find a cure for cancer. I found out that in actual fact I'm the one in the letter! AHHHHHH!!!

Ok, you won't get it. It's just those things that will trigger my memory when I grow old and look at the archives.

My Crazy Dreams - Journey To Africa

Oh before I log off, I had a totally weird dream last night. Here it is...

So, last night, I dreamt that the whole of 4R was studying in this private boarding school in South Africa! Yes, believe it or not! And guess who was Mr Cuthbert? NELSON MANDELA!!! It gets weirder. Since it's a private boarding school and we wear blazers the whole time, there's this swimming pool and 4R was sitting on the canteen and the kindergarten kids were having swimming lessons. And guess who the swimming instructor was? CHARLIZE THERON! Then I woke up and I was like, WTH?. Seriously! OMG that's so freaky! BTW if you're dumb and stupid and live under a rock, she's South African.

Speaking of Africa, have you been watching ANTM? American Tops Model?! Yay!

Speaking of ANTM, the whole class is having this photoshoot for a spread in the Temasekian. Yay!

Ok, my mother just came into the room and I spoke to her like I was Jamie Foxx in Golddigger. OMG! That's so embarrassing.

Ok, I'm digressing.

My Preliminary Post - Chemistry + A Maths P1

Chemistry
Ok, I seriously forgot how I did for my Chem. It's been a very very long time (2 days ago). I think I might have short-term memory loss.

A Maths P1
Let's see... Umm... I couldn't finish and I calculated and would like to bid farewell to A1. Goodbye. Goodbye, first-3-months-of-prelims.

I would like to have a job during the 3 months. No way am I going to work at a fast-food outlet. That's so cliche. Sorry I couldn't write the stroke above the 'e' in 'cliche'. I'm not French. Anyway, I think I would like to be a stand-up comedian like Ellen DeGeneres! Yay! I've been watching her shows, well actually only the monologue. I just tape the rest. OMG her stand-up comedy is so fucking funny! I wanna be funny! Ok, that's so desperate.

So, today I overslept (again). Woke up at 6.15 and my mother didn't even bother to wake me up. She gave me money for compensation instead, which is used to pay the taxi uncle, but just before you think it's an uncle, it's an AUNTIE!!! YES!!! No lah, no need to panick. The taxi driver's just a woman.

Oh and I heard from the news that the IMF peeps were complaining that they had to pay for wireless broadband in their hotel rooms, as compared to Japan, which they get for free. Then, they said that Singapore is contradictory because it's "the island that never sleeps" yet the MRT doesn't operate 24/7. Hahaha! So, foreigners can complain and we can't? Don't give me this kind of shit! Ok, I shall stop writing before I get sued or something.

And I always forget to mention that my brother went to NS on Sept 11 (no pun intended). He just came back today. Will blog more during the weekends. Physics tomorrow! I have to get A for Physics!

My whole family thinks that I'm coping very well with my studies. I hate being the smartest of the family. Sometimes I wish I was the stupid one, so that people don't make high expectations

I Don't Need A Man - Pussycat Dolls

I see you looking at me
Like I got something for you
And the way that you stare
Don't you dare
'Cause I'm not about to
Just give it on up to you
'Cause there are some things I won't do
And I'm not afraid to tell you
I don't ever want to leave you confused

[Bridge]
The more you try
The less I buy it
And I don't have to think it through
You know if I'm into you

[Chorus]
I don't need a man to make it happen
I get off being free
I don't need a man to make me feel good
I get off doing my thing
I don't need a ring around my finger
To make me feel complete
So let me break it down
I can get off when you ain't around
Oh!

You know I got my own life
And I bought everything that's in it
So if you want to be with me
It ain't all about the bling you bringing
I want a love that's for real
And without that then no deal
And baby I don't need a hand
If it only wants to grab one thing

[Bridge]

[Chorus]

Let it go
Let it go
Let it go
Let it go

I don't need a
I don't need a man, I don't
I don't need a man
I'll get me through
'Cause I know I'm fine
I feel brand new

I don't need a
I don't need a man, I don't
I don't need a man
I'll make it through
'Cause I know I'm fine
Without you!

[Chorus]

I don't need a man (I'm over you)
I don't need a man (I'm over you)
I don't need a man
(I'm without you)
(I'm over you)

I don't need a man
I don't need a man

My Technical Glitch

Sorry, people. There was some sort of technical glitch and now I have to re-do my blog template. So there's no tagboard. If you are in desperate need to tell me something, just comment! Thanks!

Can't wait after O Levels!

My Preliminary Post - E Maths P1 + Biology

E Maths P1
Well, had sufficient time. I'm writing faster! Yay for me! Couldn't do 3 questions. I hope I get A1 for E Maths!

Biology
Section A was OK. Section B was OK. Section C was difficult! They asked questions like "What is the similarities between lungs and an absorbing surface?" Huh?

There's this stupid song which is stuck in my head! Yes, it's called Showstopper by Danity Kane. Don't ever listen to it! It's the most annoying tune ever! Even if you hate it, it will haunt you. They're like a cheap version of Pussycat Dolls. Seriously, like step Spice Girls.

There was this really crazy girl next to my block. She sounded like Charlene. Then, she was laughing like some maniac on Subutex. Then, this mat shouted from the void deck and said, "SHUT UP LAH! OR ELSE I CALL POLICE!" The laughing didn't stop, so it made me laugh. It's so funny to listen to a crazy old lady laughing.

I cannot focus if something is on my mind. That's my problem. What's yours?

Get Up - Ciara feat. Chamillionaire

You said, "Hi, my name is so-and-so,
baby, can you tell me yours?" You look like you came to do one thing;
set it off! I started on the left, then I had to take him to the right.
He was out of breath, but he kept on dancin' all night.
Keep tryin, oh baby, but you just can't break the feelin' inside.
You know it, and I can see it in your eyes! You want me,
smooth as a motha*. You was so undercover, by the way that you was watchin' me.

[Chorus]
Ooh, the way you look at me I'm feelin' you.
I just can't help it, tryna keep it cool. I can feel it in the beat,
when you do those thangs to me, don't let nothin' stop you. Mo-o-ove,
ring the alarm, the clock is jumpin', now. So get up!

I said, "Ciara's on your radio,
everybody turn it up!" Spicy just like hot sauce.
Careful, you might burn it up. You can do the poplock,
ragtime, don't stop. That's the way you gotta get it to make ya body rock.
Keep tryin, and maybe, but you just can't break the feelin' inside.
You know it, 'cause I can see it in your eyes! You want me, smooth as a motha*.
You was so undercover, by the way that you was watchin' me.

[Chorus]
Ooh, I love the way your vibin' me, dance for me, forever.
We can have a good time, follow me to the beach, together. You and me,
one on one, breakin' it down. You can walk away, now. (Oh-oh-oh)
They 'bout to turn this place out. Ooh, ooh!

It's the kids, they ridin' big;
the one police try to catch ridin' dirty. In the club,
before eleven o'clock, like I'm tryna catch a dime kinda early.
Lookin' thick, her hair brown and curly, she love the way my ride shinin' pearly.
City boys say she fine and pretty, and the country boys say she fine and purty.
Mom and pops think it's green as curry, and the ladies know soon as they see my
jewerly. If bein' fresh to death is a crime, I think it's tme I see a jury.
You know, Chamillionare stay on the grind, a hustler like me is hard to find.
I ain't really impressed, yes, unless it's about some dollar sign.
Really no need to call ya fine, I know you be hearin' that all the time.
Watchin' ya do ya step, do ya step, yes, it's goin' down.

[Chorus]

I got to have ya, baby. I feel it, I feel it,
I got to have ya baby! Uh-uh, I got to have ya baby.

My Preliminary Post - Chemistry Practical + Social Studies + Elec. Geog

It's week one in the three weeks of hell!

Chemistry
Urgh! I've always been an okay Chemistry student. I don't break things, don't have the misfortunes of defective apparatus, so why did my bloody burette leak in the midst of titration?!!!! Seriously, and we had to titrate something with potassium manganate which is purple in colour. I wanted to ask for a new one but then Veronica Chia told me to just tilt it or something like that. In the end, I did 5 titrations! 5! It's like, a personal record! And I misread "anion" as "cation" and I wrote down "reducing agent" instead of "oxidising agent" and I couldn't finish the extension question. 8 marks gone!

Social Studies
This was OK. Finally I could finish the paper! Yay for me! Well, I made one of the essays seem like an English essay.

Elec. Geog
Couldn't finish this one!!! Boo! Didn't understand what one of the questions was talking about. I'm so gonna screw this one up! I'm so scared I didn't write enough points! Bye, first three months of MJC.

Anyway, I have discovered the magical powers of coffee! Yes! I have become a coffee addict! My mother told me about this girl she knew in secondary school who was really smart, but then she over-exerted herself and in the end, she couldn't think properly and failed the exam. Way to motivate a person! But then this morning my mother told me that it's "only the Prelims".

I'm cured!

I Still Believe - Mariah Carey

You look in my eyes and I get emotional inside
I know it's crazy but you still can touch my heart
And after all this time you'd think that I,
I wouldn't feel the same but time melts into nothing and nothing's changed

[Chorus]
I still believe
Someday you and me
Will find ourselves in love again
I had a dream
Someday you and me
Will find ourselves in love again

Each day of my life
I'm filled with all the joy I could find
You know that I
I'm not the desperate type
If there's one spark of hope
Left in my grasp, I'll hold it with both hands
It's worth the risk of burning
To have a second chance

No, no, no, no, no, no
I need you baby
I still believe that we can be together
If we believe that true love
never has to end
Then we must know that we will love again

[Chorus]

My 281th Post

I seriously can't think of any other entry title.

That was embarrassing. You can now stop pretending that you don't read my blog.

Anyway, today there were 2 (two)(TWO!)(TWO!!!!!!) chee ko peks in a bus. Ok, I've drawn out a picture to explain.

So, I was in Bus 3. It's a picture of a bus (Duh!) There were only these people and this other woman sitting in front. So, the girls who are in their 20s are like, talking non-stop about stuff and they are totally unaware about these two Chee Ko Peks in their 40s. Seriously! The guy in front of me was looking back at them and I saw that his eyes were like, looking up and down! OMG he's visually raping them! Then the other guy on the right side put his arm around the back of his seat like how men grope women in the cinema. Get it? Ok, then he kept on looking back at the girls! The girls were still unaware. I felt sorry for them. OMG you should have seen the guy-in-the-front's face when he alighted. It read "RAPIST"!

Shouldn't have gone to school. We were told to self-study.

My Insanity

OH MY GOD I'm going insane! You can't imagine how insane I was last night. Ok, so my house is really messy and everything's everywhere. People in the house don't bother to throw away junk (the NDP handphone torch is still beside the telephone). I couldn't throw away stuff because I was scared that someone needed them. So last night at around 10, I had this major blowout and cleared the table in front of the TV which was full of brochures, vouchers and letters and totally went nuts and threw the unwanted things away and neated things up. Then I went to the dining table because that evening, my mother went to NTUC and didn't pack her things up, so there were food items still inside plastic bags and I was unpacking the food items. Then, my mother came along and somehow screamed at me. Well, I forgot what she said, but I remembered saying back, "You can't scold me for cleaning the house!"

I mean, that was crazy. Literally, that was nuts! Then after I cooled down a bit and finished with my manic cleaning, my mother said something that I forgot and I said, "You shouted at me, so you scolded me lah!" then she said, "What's wrong with you?" then I said, "Fine lah! I'm crazy!" I hope she realises that that may be true and that I'm not joking.

Urgh! To think that I made fun of the girls who cried when Paul was gone. Couldn't sleep for an hour last night, so I just lied on my bed for an hour and thought about stuff. Sigh. My life is so messed up. I'm on the verge of losing my mind. Of course my friends wouldn't notice me. I have learnt to hide my feelings. I wish there was somebody who would ask me, "Hey, everything all right?" and I tell them, "No" and tell them all about my troubles.

Excuse me, I think I've mistaken you for somebody else

Somebody who gave a damn, somebody more like myself

So lonely.

My 279th Post

Yay! Jasmine's still in! OMG I was so scared stupid girls would vote for the guys. Not that the guys aren't talented. Paul's gone! It's entertaining to see the girls crying madly, like seriously, I was laughing! And Paul cried, so I kind of stopped laughing because I would be scolded by my mother for being "rude and insensitive to other people's feelings", but she can make snappy comments about the President. Surprisingly, my mother didn't cry for Paul, but last week cried for Joakim. I think she secretly likes Joakim.

Anyway, who's that idiot posing as me on my tagboard? I will never ever like Joakim! I find him obnoxiously obnoxious. I'd rather listen to heavy metal for a day rather than Joakim for a minute!

IMF!!!! Yay!!! Now everytime I see a Caucasian, I act like, "Hi, welcome to Singapore!". Well, I don't really say it out loud, I just try not to look like a serial killer. My uncle said that all the Presidents of the world would be coming to Singapore, including the all-mighty ruler-of-the-world, George W. Bush! Hooray! I keep on wondering if Singapore has enough room for the IMF people.

My Booster

Had Motivational Booster today. Well, I shan't say that I feel motivated. I dunno...

On a lighter note, Singapore Idol yesterday totally sucked. There were a lot of mistakes. Stupid hosts Gurmit and Daniel. They're like, so annoying when they stand next to each other. They're like, you know annoying little cousins that just won't stop bugging you. Ok, whatever.

Anyway, I VOTED FOR JASMINE!!!! Yes! First time I voted. I didn't tell my mother. She'll flip if I told her I voted for her, let alone voted and "wasted 60 cents". I mean, she totally won my heart yesterday when she told us that she would like to meet Mariah Carey because "she's a fantastic and phenomenal (sp., I can't spell properly!!! My English is going haywire!) singer". And she sang a song by Jewel! And she sang really nicely. Which told me that I must vote for her. Now I hate Paul and Jonathan. I hope either one goes. Paul has too much personality and Jonathan is so bloody boring.

Today I saw triplets in a bus!!! Yes! Well, they're triplet boys aged like, 4, and they were like, wearing the same polo tee except different colours. And their mother is like eight months pregnant and her water's about to burst any second. I wonder if she'll turn insane soon.

This song is stuck in my head!!! It's called Butterfly by Mariah Carey.

Spread your wings and prepare to fly
For you have become a butterfly
Fly abandonedly into the sun
If you shall return to me
We truly were meant to be
So spread your wings and fly
Butterfly

My Lazy-Ass Holiday

I totally hate the September holidays. I kind of wish that we have lessons. I have not really been studying. Just did some TYS MCQs because I would only have to circle. I'm soooo lazy!!!! Urgh!! I'm somehow suddenly in love with Pon De Replay. I love how Rihanna sounds a bit drunk. And did you know that she's 18! OMG she deserves a Grammy or something. I suddenly have a craze over Bubble Tea and I've been buying it everyday. Plus it's very cheap! Only $1.20! OMG! Remember how Bubble Tea was like, so popular and it costed $2.50! What a rip-off! But then we still kept on buying them. Well, I wasn't really into Bubble Tea back then. Oh and remember the stamp card where you get a free Bubble Tea if you buy 10 Bubble Teas? Oh good times. So anyway, yesterday I wanted try to shake off my laziness and ride my bike to White Sands, but then I found out that my bike seat had this piece of metal protruding out under the leather seat. It was like a freak accident waiting to happen, so I just had to take the stupid bus. I currently hate Yoghurt Bubble Tea. It's totally disgusting, because..... they add condensed milk! I mean, I'm not really allergic to condensed milk, but it's so so artificial! Hello, that's not Yoghurt Bubble Tea, that's Condensed Milk Bubble Tea! And some Bubble Tea aunties have short-term memory loss. I tell them "no pearls" and a minute later, there's like, giant tadpole eggs at the bottom. After eating the pearls, I'm suddenly in love with them. I used to hate pearls because they're made from tapioca. Tapioca! Did you know that they're poisonous unless you cook them properly.

This morning I cooked Instant Noodles and currently, I officially hate instant noodles. Apparently, there wasn't enough seasoning, so I was eating "dry" moist noodles which was so icky. I was eating the revolting noodles while watching this cooking show, you know the famous British guy. I forgot his name. He cooked this dish called pineapple curry and it looked so delicious. I wish my mother would watch that show and think, "Wow! I might give it a try!"

Goodbye Alice In Wonderland - Jewel

It's four in the afternoon
I'm on a flight leaving L.A.
Trying to think about my life
My youth scattered along the highway

Hotel rooms and headlines
I've made a living with a song
Just a guitar as my companion
Wanting desperately to belong

Fame is filled with spoiled children
They grow fat on fantasy
I guess that's why I'm leaving
I crave reality

[Chorus]
So goodbye Alice in Wonderland
Goodbye yellow brick road
There is a difference between dreaming and pretending
I did not find paradise
It was only a reflection of my lonely mind searching
For what was missing in my life

I'm embarassed to say the rest is a rock and roll cliche
I hit the bottom when I reached the top
I never knew it was you who was breaking my heart
I thought you had to love me
You did not

Yes a heart can hallucinate
If it's completely starved for love
Can even make monsters seem like
Angels from above

You forged my love like a weapon
And turned it against me like a knife
You broke my last heartstring
But you opened up my eyes

[Chorus]

Dreaming is a good thing cause it brings new things to life
Pretending is an ending that perpetuates a lie
Forgetting what you are
Seeing for what you've been told
And growing up is not the absence of dreaming
It's being able to understand the difference between the ones you can hold
And the ones that you've been sold

Well, truth is stranger than fiction
And this is my chance to get it right
Life is much better without all of your pretty lies

[Chorus]

My Bipolarism

I really think I'm suffering from some mental illness. Maybe bipolarism. Yesterday in the evening I was all happy and cheerful, then later at around 11, I got all angry and stuff and told off everybody in the house. Like, I scolded my brother for playing the Music Player too loudly. I'm crazy!! Fuck, nobody cares.

On a lighter note, last night I dreamt of something weird. Ya, I somehow keep remembering my dreams. Anyway, I dreamt that the Joakim supporters signed a petition to Singapore Idol to reveal the voting numbers. So, when the voting numbers were revealed, Jasmine actually had the lowest number of votes! Dun dun dun!!!! Ya, actually Singapore Idol wanted Joakim out. This was like the Mathilda and Nurul thing. Haha. I hope this dream comes true. Wouldn't that be cool, like even MORE controversy?!

I'm in love with the song "Again and Again" by Jewel! Seriously, when I first heard it, I found it quite boring, but if you listen to it about 3 times, you'll love it! Trust me! Like, I heard her other songs from the album (don't ask me how I got it) and they're quite nice! I've matured in a sense that I like folk/country songs. Ya, ok whatever. Maybe it's just my bipolarism.

I feel so _______________.

:(
