My Double-Post Before Bloody Physics Practical Prelims

Ok, I just heard this song called "Too Little Too Late" by Jojo. It's so friggin nice! Ok, whatever. Anyway, I don't really know what to study for Physics Prac tomorrow. I'm just revising on Electricity and a bit of Light. But I seriously hope Electricity doesn't come out tomorrow. I mean, if something goes wrong with my batteries and I don't even realise it, I'm so doomed.

Didn't open a single book yesterday. Don't blame me. First went to Murbarak's Physics class, which was really great. He makes you want to learn Physics. That's what I call a teacher. He inspires. Ya. Then, the Mentos experiment, which cool. I mean, the Diet Coke went up to a height of about 2 feet. Ya. Then went to Long John's to eat lunch. Walked around TM to find the polo-tee for the Teacher's Day performance. Had to go early because my parents were at my Grandma's. Everybody assumed that I hadn't eaten, so I couldn't refuse my Grandma's food. You know when you think of "Grandma's food", you think delicious stuff. Well, actually it's false. So, I ate 2 lunches. Had to play around with my 4 other smaller cousins who were playing with those huge Lego blocks.

Then went to my uncle's house for kenduri. I dunno what's that in English, so ya. Reached home at 11.30. Was too sleepy.

Oh and my father has returned home. For good. Ya, he resigned because he's going to work in Bintan on Thursday. I actually went "Darn!" when I heard that he's going home because I'm never going to Seychelles. Then my father kept on telling stories about life in Seychelles. My father was the boss or something and he was acting like Donald Trump. Seriously, he wanted to fire a gardener because he ignored my father's orders to bring him a bottle of water. So, he returned before the gardener got fired.

Kaaa!

I'm so so so broke now. If you remembered, I have an aunt which I nickname Auntie Oprah because she likes to help mankind. Anyway, Auntie O gave me $10 for nothing. Then, she gave me 2 other $10 notes to give to my brothers. I'm like, "WHAT?" My eldest brother is working and my other brother is paid by the SAF to study! And I'm like, so poor! I have learnt to appreciate the value of money. This Hari Raya, I'm not going to spend a single cent on any nonsense. I'm going to invest!

Will probably blog on Thursday or Friday. Miss me!

My Audition

Everytime I blog, I am one week nearer to Prelims! OH MY GOODNESS!

High School Musical
Forgot to mention that 4R MADE IT THROUGH THE AUDITIONS! Yayness! Apparently, there's like a conflict between some classes. Shall not mention. Anyways, I seriously think that the most united classes are 4R, 4V and probably 4N. Don't protest if your class is not in the list. Please! Auditions was on Friday. Woots!

Mentos + Coke
We had a Rate Of Reaction experiment on Saturday after remedial. It was crazy! I dunno why I'm so lazy to blog. Like what Fel says, when you rarely blog, you tend to not know what to blog about.

Hair
I cut my hair already, which was so long. Then on Monday, Anavil brought wax and gave a makeover to most boys (including me) + Cheryl. Anavil was totally envious of my hair! Hehehe! Ok, lazy to blog.

My One Week Break

I have managed to stay out of Blogger for one week! Yay! Congratulations, myself. Why, thank you, myself. Well, here's a summary of what's happened this week.

Miracle At Bus 12
I'm totally in love with Bus 12! So, on Tuesday, I saw Hidayah in the bus and when we were walking to the bus stop opp. Bedok South Sec, we saw a TMS school tie! Hidayah wanted to give to the Lost and Found and put our own names but I wanted to put as anonymous. Haha, but then she said that we might get chocolates from Sara, so I put my name down. And guess whose it was? NURIMAN'S!!! Haha, he hasn't thanked me... YET! Oh and on Thursday, I left school at 7:30 and reached White Sands at 8:00, all thanks to Bus 12. Seriously, it's so empty and nice and you can just sleep in it.

Confessions Of A Bipolar
I dunno what the heck is wrong with me, but I think I'm having some personality disorder or something. At one moment, I would be cheerful and the next couple of hours, I would fall into a mild depression and the next hour, I would be back to being bubbly. I'm crazy! Is there anybody out there, cos' it's getting harder and harder to breathe.

Don't Speak
Orals was on Wednesday! At first, I was quite happy with the examiners because they looked like the typical nice auntie because they were wearing clothes you usually wear to the market. But then, when I approached them, one of them was super nice and the other was wearing this permanent bitchface face. Our topic was Public Transport and the reading aloud was Ok, I guess. The stupid thing was that halfway through reading aloud, I suddenly thought of the fact that this could either make me, or break me, and that I can't mess this up, then that's when I misread. Stupid mind. The picture was mediocre, don't feel like talking about it. The conversation was a hit for me. I think. I totally gave a lot of examples (like the mock bombings and the rise in cab fare) and personal experiences (like how transportation was like in Australia) Yay! I kept on saying the phrase "You can get from one side of the island to the other in a matter of minutes" 3 times.

My 3-Day Long Hiatus

I swear that I shall blog on weekends, unless something exciting happens during the weekdays, like if Mariah Carey decides to hold her concert in lovely firework-ridden Singapore instead of desertified Tunisia. Like, seriously Mariah Carey! If you're reading my blog, please come to Singapore! I'd give my all to go to your concert! WOOO!

Ok, sombre news people. Well, it's not that sombre, but it seems that I got a B4 for my Malay O Level Mid-Year. I got a stupid Pass for my Orals and maybe that's how I got a B4 because I swore I aced my written part. Like, I wrote quite well for my Paper 1 and the Paper 2 was relatively easy. I have decided to make the ultimate risk of not retaking because I cannot retake my Orals. What the hell lah! I thought I did OK for my Orals. Now I'm so nervous for my English O Level Orals. I think I have to cut my hair before the Orals, or else the examiners will think I'm a rebel or something. If my parents did not migrate, I would:

-Surely be in Higher Malay in P5 (I got tops in class for my P1 Malay SA2)
-Thus, go to Temasek Secondary as a Higher Malay student
-Thus, will not have to take Malay in JC

That's the consequence of migrating people. Beware! I have also decided not to retake Malay so that I can focus on my other subjects, which I hope I will excel in, like Bio and Chem and my both Maths subjects. I know this might be too ambitious, but here's my target for my O Levels:

English - B3
Combined Humanities - A2
Biology - A1
Chemistry - A1
A Maths - A1
E Maths - A1

Total aggregate - 9

Yes, this is overambitious me. But there can be miracles when you belive! As you can see, there's not trace of Malay, so I have to do well for my other Relevant subjects. I NEED to get at least B3 for English. I just pray I don't do anything stupid during English Orals. I just had to be in the All-Star English group. I hope the teachers don't interrupt me when I am speaking. It's very rude, you know.

Fly like a bird Take to the sky I need you now God Carry me high Don't let the world break me tonight I need the strength of you by my side Sometimes this life can be so cold I pray you'll come and carry me home

My Temporary Hiatus - Be Right Back

My National Day

Happy birthday, Singapore! Anyway, I stayed at home the whole day yesterday to do my revision. Watched the NDP with my mother and brother and it was so funny! OMG my mother and brother kept on making snappy comments about everything in the NDP. When the Anugerah winner was performing, my brother said that he sucks and another guy should win. Then my mother asked him if he listens to Malay music, and my brother said that he only listens to some. And I quote what my mother said, "Oh, I thought you were kental..." HAHAHAHAH!!! Then my brother said, "What if [insert prominent figure in politics] tripped while climbing the stairs?" HAHAHA! Then my brother asked my mother what the President was saying to the SAF people, and my mother said, "I think he's asking how long the SAFers have been standing." HAHAH! Then when the President was waving around the stadium on the lorry, she said, "Wah, what if he needs to go the pee or shit?" and my brother said, "Kena tahan ah!" HAHAHA! I tried to make snappy comments too, but nobody responded to me. Obviously my humour is not appreciated in the house.

After that was Singapoe Idol, which is getting really sucky. Gurmit Singh is like, a TV pollutant. He causes me to hate him, even more. Before Rahimah sang, she said her stuff and she said, "I'm going to be singing Confessions... (and at this point, I think "what? She's singing a song by Usher?") ...Of A Broken Heart (and at this point, I think "what? That's even worse! Lindsay Lohan? Sing We Belong Together or something! You'll get my vote!")". So she sang and it was totally sucky because Rahimah got overdramatic and tried to convince unimpressed viewers like I that she had a traumatic childhood or something. I currently hate everybody (especially Gurmit Singh) in Singapore Idol except for Dick Lee and Hady (which I'm not a big fan of).

My Red Day

Still madly in love with Circles! I was walking home today and I was singing like crazy. Nobody saw me.

Anyway, it was National Day Eve so we had to wear red. I wanted to save money and just wear my brother's National Day shirt from last year (mine was too short). Anyway, it was a little too big, so it looked like I was related to Mary-Kate and Ashley or something. HAHAHAH! Get the joke?

Anyway, the National Day Celebrations was a bit suckish. Nearly all the girls were complaining that they couldn't wear white. Then, when the band played the National Anthem and many people sang the National Anthem, I kind of had this feeling of euphoria and felt a bit weird, like as if I'm proud to be a Singaporean. So I sang my heart out. The feeling was spoilt when we were scolded for not singing.

The two emcees for the 3-mins-of-fame were like, throwing away the Singapore flag and holding the British flag! OMG please stop speaking in that way! I mean, try to adapt and speak broken English.

There was the Telematch and I was in it. Didn't win. Anyway, here are my opinions on the DJ booth. Firstly, they keep on playing songs which I have not heard of. Didn't hear Promiscuous from the DJ booth. Instead, they played local music (with the exception of some songs). Yeah...

Very lazy to blog...

My Circles

HOW TO BE HAPPY:
Step 1: Go to the nearest CD-Rama/HMV/any CD shop
Step 2: Buy Mariah Carey's The Emancipation of Mimi (It's bound to be at the best-selling artists section)
Step 3: Listen to the whole CD, especially Circles.

OMG I'm totally in love with Circles!!! It's like, better than We Belong Together!! I'm surprised that Mariah Carey didn't release it as a single... BECAUSE I LOOVVVEEE IT!!!!!

Haven't been blogging much, have I?

CIRCLES!!!! I'm going to try to promote the song tomorrow.

My Sulphur-Smelling Fingers

My fingers smell of sulphur! I need to bathe.

Anyway, my life is seriously becoming boring. Nothing to blog about. Except that yesterday me, Nani, Ryan, Mervyn, Shijie, Shirley, Sam Lee and Joanna went to Abhishek's house to play snooker. I could hit the ball, the white ball that is.

Bio Practical was silly. We had to measure the lengths of 40 rice grains. Can you dig that, SUCKA?! Ok, that was kind of rude, especially when principals and teachers are reading this.

Yay! Tomorrow PE!! This post is so redundant.

Yay! I'm going to Spize restaurant for dinner! Yum Yum :P Ok, I that's so girly.
