Drained!!

You know what? Suddenly, I'm finding my work to be quite interesting. Mainly because two days ago, I was shifted to another area where we are supposed to just call customers who want us to call back because previously they couldn't order due to overwhelming orders. Usually, the store would still be shut and people would be like, "Oh I already had dinner. Never mind." And then you put down the phone and that would take like, 5 minutes. Ok why am I blogging about this?

And yesterday I thought that the moving to the new area was just temporary for me but instead, the supervisor for that area asked me to move. And the supervisor totally rocks man! She has a bit of obsessive compulsive disorder and needs to know all our received complaints (from customers) and tells us that when we're in doubt, look for her, even if she dies. And her briefing's are like, 15 minutes when usually other supervisors' briefings are less than 3 minutes.

Now I also take in KFC Enquiry which can be either complaints or really enquiries. Or if the stupid customer is an asswipe and doesn't know between Enquiry and New Order, it can also be a new order. Complaints are really stupid because there are really kan chiong people who call up 5 minutes after they order and claim that the order hasn't arrived and want to check where the order is. Seriously. Oh and one time I had to call an Area Manager (there are about 8 AMs in Spore) and everyone was saying that the AMs are mean as hell but apparently, I got a nice one. Thank goodness lah. Other than that, the people who just ask about enquiries are the best. They are in no hurry to order so you can just talk and talk to the customer about everything KFC delivers.

Poly starts in about one months' time and I am telling you I am totally not ready for school!!! Seriously, I think I may have forgotten everything that I learnt. Urgh!! I don't wanna go poly! I'm scared I might go crazy. I wanna go back to secondary school (Sec 3), when we didn't really care much about our studies.
